According to Clause 1, Article 8 ofDecree 84/2020/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái subjects eligible for consideration and grant of academic encouragement scholarships include:

[1] Students in specialized upper secondary school classes in higher education institutions, specialized schools with good conduct, and excellent academic performance during xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái period of consideration for scholarship awards, having scores in specialized subjects of 8.5 or higher or achieving one of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prizes from consolation prize or higher in national excellent student contests, regional or international competitions of that year;

[3] Students and trainees studying in vocational education institutions and higher education institutions with at least quite academic and training results and no disciplinary actions from reprimand level or higher during xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái scholarship consideration period.

Therefore,according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái above regulation, upper secondary school students in higher education institutions or specialized schools who meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái requirements can be granted academic encouragement scholarships.
