Eligible Candidates
1. For xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube national excellent student selection exam:
a) High school students with good conduct and academic performance ratings as per xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube final results of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube semester (or academic year) prior to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube exam and selected to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube competition unit's team;
b) Each candidate is only allowed to participate in one subject per academic year.
2. For xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Olympic team selection exam:
High school students meeting one of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube following criteria:
a) Selected by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) from students who have won prizes in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube national excellent student selection exam of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube same academic year according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube ranking of scores from high to low, ensuring xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube number of students selected for each subject does not exceed eight (08) times xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube number of students needed for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube national team to participate in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube International Olympic competition for that subject;
b) Did not participate in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube national excellent student selection exam of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube same academic year, but has been a member of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube national team participating in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube regional Olympic competition; or a member of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube national team participating in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube International Olympic competition in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube previous academic year.
Candidates who do not participate in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube national excellent student selection exam of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube same year can still take xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Olympic team selection exam if they have been a member of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube national team participating in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube regional Olympic competition; or a member of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube national team participating in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube International Olympic competition in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube previous academic year.

3. In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube CD containing xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube listening comprehension test for Foreign Languages is damaged:
a) If xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube main CD is damaged but xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube backup CD is not, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Chairman of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Exam Council shall make a record of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube condition of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube CDs and use xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube backup CD;

b) MOET is responsible for cooperating with relevant authorities to investigate, verify, and conclude xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube cause of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube exam paper leakage; handle xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube person who leaked xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube exam paper and other related individuals according to legal regulations.
