(1) The training of teachers and lecturers teaching National Defense and Security xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube is as follows:
- Standard specialized training focused over 4 years for individuals with an upper secondarydiploma;
- A second degree focused over 2 years for those with a university degree in a different field;
- An 18-month second degree program for teachers and lecturers currently teaching in upper secondary schools, vocational xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube institutions, and universities, who have a national defense and security training certificate with training lasting at least 6 months.
(2) teachers and lecturers teaching National Defense and Security xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube must participate in regular retraining and workshops at institutions of the People's Armed Forces and national defense and security xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube centers.
(3) The Government of Vietnam will set conditions for higher xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube institutions and People's Armed Forces schools authorized to train teachers and lecturers teaching National Defense and Security xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube, andthe Ministry of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube and Training will decide on qualifying institutions.
