b) The percentage of youths and teenagers from 15 to 18 years old graduating from lower secondary educational level must reach at least 95% and 90% for extremely difficult social-economic conditions.

c) The percentage of youths and teenagers from 15 to 18 years old attending the general educational program or continuing educational program at high school level or vocational trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay must reach at least 80% and 70% for extremely difficult social-economic conditions.
