Levels of Organization, Cycle, and Participants in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Competition

1. School-level, district-level, and provincial-level Excellent Teacher and Homeroom Teacher Competitions:

a) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school-level Excellent Teacher and Homeroom Teacher Competition is organized every 2 years by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school. Participants are teachers working at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school organizing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competition;

b) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp district-level Excellent Teacher and Homeroom Teacher Competition is organized every 2 years by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp district education and training office. Participants are teachers working at Preschool education, primary, and lower secondary education institutions within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp district (ward, district-level town, provincial-level city) organizing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competition;

c) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provincial-level Excellent Teacher and Homeroom Teacher Competition is organized every 4 years by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provincial education and training department. Participants are teachers working at Preschool and general education institutions within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp province, centrally-run city organizing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competition.

2. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of teachers participating in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Excellent Teacher and Homeroom Teacher Competitions at all levels is decided by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp principals of kindergartens, nursery schools, general education institutions, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp education and training office, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp director of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp education and training department based on management hierarchy, ensuring suitability with actual conditions, facilities, and local budget every year.

3. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp education and training office specifies kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of Preschool teachers participating in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school-level competition for independent kindergarten groups and nursery classes.

Recognition of Excellent Teacher and Homeroom Teacher Titles

1. Teachers are recognized as Excellent Teachers and Homeroom Teachers and are awarded certificates from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp organizing authority of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competition when they participate in all sections of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competition and meet kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp assessment criteria of participating teachers as stipulated by each level at Article 17 of these Regulations.

2. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp titles of Excellent Teacher and Homeroom Teacher are retained as follows: kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp school-level titles are retained for 1 year following kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp year of recognition; district-level titles are retained for 1 year following kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp year of recognition; provincial-level titles are retained for 3 years following kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp year of recognition.

3. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp titles of Excellent Teacher and Homeroom Teacher are retained and not used as criteria to participate in higher level Excellent Teacher and Homeroom Teacher Competitions.
