4.If international students retain education level or fail to complete education level of semesters or school years at request of foreign education institutions which results in repetition of education level, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay international students shall not receive scholarship during trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay period of retention or repetition of education level. Continuation of state budget scholarship shall be decided by dispatching agencies once international students provide results of subjects that require repetition that satisfy scholarship requirements. Total period of receiving scholarship does not exceed total period of studying under original decisions on sending international students abroad for studying. In case international students require additional time to complete education program, adopt procedures for extension according to Article 9 hereof.

5.International students under Point c Clause 1 Article 3 hereof upon suspending studying, retaining education level, or repeating education level must adopt procedures under Clause 2, Clause 3, and Clause 4 of this Article and regulations of foreign countries that incur scholarship.

UnderArticle 7 ofDecree 143/2013/ND-CPregarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay repayment and recovery of reimbursement amounts as follows:

Repayment and recovery of reimbursement amounts

1. No later than 60 (sixty) days from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay date of receiving trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay decision from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay competent state authority, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay student or their family in Vietnam is responsible for fully repaying trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reimbursable amount.

2. Reimbursement amounts are to be submitted to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay state budget according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay current budget management decentralization and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Law on State Budget regarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay management of recovered funds submitted to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay budget.

3. In cases where trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay student or their family in Vietnam does not fulfill their reimbursement obligation, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay competent state authority deciding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reimbursement has trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay right to initiate legal proceedings in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay law.

In cases where trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay student or their family in Vietnam delays fulfilling trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reimbursement obligation within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay deadline, they must incur trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay maximum interest rate applied to demand deposits as prescribed by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay State Bank of Vietnam for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay delayed reimbursements. If trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay State Bank does not prescribe a maximum interest rate applied to demand deposits, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay student or their family in Vietnam must incur trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay interest rate applied to demand deposits of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay time of fulfilling trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reimbursement obligation.

In addition, if trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay student or their family in Vietnam does not fulfill trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reimbursement obligation, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay competent state authority deciding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reimbursement has trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay right to initiate legal proceedings in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay law.

Ifthe student or their family in Vietnam delays fulfilling trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reimbursement obligation within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay deadline, they must incur trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay maximum interest rate applied to demand deposits as prescribed by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay State Bank of Vietnam for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay delayed reimbursement.

If trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay State Bank of Vietnam does not prescribe a maximum interest rate applied to demand deposits, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay student or their family in Vietnam must incur trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay interest rate applied to demand deposits of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay time of fulfilling trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay reimbursement obligation.
