2. Exemption from foreign language papers in high school graduation assessment:
a) Members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national team participating in international foreign language Olympiads as per kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Decision of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training shall be exempted from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp foreign language paper in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp high school graduation assessment;
b) Individuals possessing one of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp foreign language certificates stipulated in Appendix 1 issued with thiss Regulationor foreign language certificates recognized by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training equivalent to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 6-level foreign language competency framework used for Vietnam (achieving level 3 or above and valid until kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date of exam procedures) shall be exempted from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp foreign language papers in thehigh school graduation assessment;
c) Individuals eligible for exemption fromforeign language papers but still wish to take kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp foreign language paper in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp graduation exam must use kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp examresults to calculate kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp high school graduation assessment score.

Candidates holding HSKcertificatesin Vietnam will be eligible for exemption from foreign language papers in theHigh School Graduation Exam 2025. However, to be exempted from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp foreign language paper, candidates musthave an HSK3 certificate.

- Receive and manage kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exam registration data from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training; assign exam numbers, and arrange exam rooms; prepare materials, forms, and templates used at Exam Places and exam rooms;
- Receive and preserve kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp written papers of candidates sealed in envelopes/bags (hereafter referred to as bags) still bearing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp intact seal from Exam Places; hand over written papers sealed in bags from Exam Places to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Header Removal Board; receive, preserve written papers marked without identity and sealed from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Header Removal Board;
