2. Teachers currently teaching at schools are not allowedto offer external extra classes with feesto their students according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school's educational plan.
3. Teachers from public schools are not allowed to participate in managing or operating external extra classes but may be involved in teaching extra classes.

What are vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations regarding internal extra classes in Vietnam?
Under Article 5 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations are as follows:
- Internal extra classes donot incur fees from students and shall only be available to students registering for extra classin each subject as follows:
+ Students whose academic results in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay immediate prior semester are not satisfactory;
+ Students selected by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school for nurturing talented students;
+ Final-year students voluntarily registering for entrance exam review, and graduation review according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school's educational plan.
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school organizes for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students, who fall within vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay category specified in clause 1 of this Article, to fill out registration forms for supplementary study according to each subject in each grade level (using Form No. 01 in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Appendix attached toCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT).
- Based on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number of registered students, schools shall develop plans for organizing extra classes in specific subjects for eachgrade.
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay arrangement of classes, schedules, and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of extra classes shall ensure vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following requirements:
+ Extra classes should be organized by subject for eachgrade; each class shall have no more than 45 (forty-five) students;
+ Extra class schedules shall not interpose regular schedules and shall not precede vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contents scheduled in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s educational plan;
+ Each subject is permitted a maximum of 02 (two) extra lessons per week.
- Plans for organizing extra classes shall be publicly available on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s website or posted at vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school.
What are vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations on external extra classes in Vietnam?
Under Article 6 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025) which provides regulations on external extra classes:
- Organizations or individuals organizingexternal extra classes andcharging fees for theseclasses (hereinafter referred to as extra class facilities) must meet vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following requirements:
+ Register for business operation according to legal provisions;
+ Publicize on websites or post at vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay locations where Extra class facilities are based about vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects for which extra classes are organized; vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration of Extra class for each subject by grade; locations, forms, and times for organizing extra classes; vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of Extra class staff and fees prior to enrollment in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay extra classes.
- Individuals providingexternal extra classes mustensure good moral character and possess professional competence suitable for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects they teach.
- Teachers currently teaching at schools participating in external extra classes mustreport to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal or Director or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school (hereinafter referred to as vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Principal) regarding vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subject, location, form, and time of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay extra class participation (according to Form No. 03 in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Appendix attached toCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT).

According to Article 13 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, theresponsibilities of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal regardingextra classes in Vietnam in Vietnam:
(1)Organize internal extra classes as stipulated by this Circular and other relevant legal regulations.
(2)Manage teachers currently teaching at vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school when they participate in extra classes outside vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school to ensure compliance with clause 3, Article 6 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT; coordinate monitoring and inspection of extra classes activities outside vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school by teachers currently teaching at vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school.
(3)Be accountable to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay direct governing body for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality of internal extra classes and for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management and use of funds for organizing internal extra classes as prescribed.
(4)Address infractions within their authority or propose that competent authorities address violations of regulations on extra classes.
(5)Receive and address feedback, suggestions, and desires from students and parents concerning extra classes before and during its implementation.
