2. Exemption from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Foreign Language paper in consideration for high school graduation assessment:
a) Members of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national team participating in international foreign language Olympiads as per lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Decision of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Education and Training shall be exempted from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign language paper in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay high school graduation assessment;
b) Individuals possessing one of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign language certificates stipulated in Appendix 1 issued with this Circular or foreign language certificates recognized by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training equivalent to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 6-level foreign language competency framework used for Vietnam (achieving level 3 or above and valid until lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of exam procedures) shall be exempted from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign language papers in thehigh school graduation assessment;
c) Individuals eligible for exemption fromforeign language papers but still wish to take lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign language paper in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay graduation exam must use lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay examresults to calculate lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay high school graduation assessment score.
Thus,foreign language certificatescontinue to be used for exemption in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay graduation assessment but are not converted to a score of 10 for graduation assessment as before; theformula for calculating lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay graduation assessmentscore does not include lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign language score in this case.
This approachencouragesforeign language learning but aims for more fairness in graduation assessment. For example, previously, students with an IELTS certificate of 4.0 could convert to a score of 10 like students achieving an IELTS score of 8.5.

(1) Individuals summoned to participate in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay selection exam for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national team in international or regional cultural Olympiads are exempt from all papers if they meet lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following conditions:
- Be summoned in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay second semester of grade 12;
- Have excellent training results and Good academic results or higher throughout grade 12;
- Be listed in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exemption list by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay MOET.
(2) Members of teams participating in international or regional scientific, technical, cultural, or artistic Olympiads are exempt from all papers if they meet lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following conditions:
- Be summoned in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay second semester of grade 12;
- Have qualifiedtraining results and academic results or higherthroughout grade 12;
- Be listed in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay official dispatch onexemptionand confirmation of attendance at training and competition by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay selection authority sent to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training before lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay graduation exam date.
(3) Individuals with severe disabilities and severe disabilities as defined in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 3 ofNghị định 28/2012/NĐ-CP; resistance activists affected by chemical poisons with a labor impairment of 61% or more; biological children of persons involved in resistance affected by chemical poisons, themselves suffering a labor impairment of 61% or more are exempt from allpapersif they meet lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following conditions:

Under Article 19 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Regulation on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay high school graduation exam issued together withCircular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 8, 2025), lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eligiblecandidatesandeligibility requirements for taking thehigh school graduation exam from2025 in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:
1. Eligible candidates include:
- Individuals who have completed lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay General Education/Continuing Education program in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay year of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam;
- Individuals who have completed lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay General Education/Continuing Education program but have not graduated in previous years;
- Individuals who already hold a High School Diploma but retake lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam to use lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results for enrollment registration;
- Individuals who already hold a Post-secondary Diploma who retake lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam to use lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results for enrollment registration.
2. Eligibility requirements for taking lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam
- Eligible candidates must register and submit all required documents on time;
- Candidates under point d, clause 1 of this Article must ensure they have studied and met lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements for sufficient high school cultural knowledge volume as stipulated by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLuật trực tiếp bóngand current guidance documents from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training.
