Under Clause 1, Article 24 ofDecree 49/2018/ND-CP, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate of institutional accreditation in Vietnam shall be revoked in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education and training institution/vocational education and training service provider whose certificate of registration of vocational education is revoked shall have its certificate of conformity with vocational education and training institution accreditation standards and certificate of conformity with training program accreditation standards (regarding vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training program included in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay revoked certificate of registration of vocational education);

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education and training institution that is dissolved as prescribed in Clause 1 Article 21 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Vocational Education 2014shall have its certificates of conformity with accreditation standards revoked;

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education and training institution that has failed to submit annual reports on self-assessment of vocational education and training institution quality for 02 consecutive years as prescribed by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall have its certificate of conformity with vocational education and training institution accreditation standards revoked;

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education and training institution/vocational education and training service provider that has failed to submit annual reports on self-assessment of training program quality for 02 consecutive years as prescribed by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall have its certificate of conformity with standards in accreditation of such training program revoked;

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate of institutional accreditation is issued against regulations ofDecree 49/2018/ND-CP;

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditation and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education and training institution/vocational education and training service provider discuss and agree to falsify peer assessment results to be issued with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate of institutional accreditation;

- Documents are falsified in order to meet accreditation standards.

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education and training institution/training program fails to meet accreditation standards during vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay validity period of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issued certificate of institutional accreditation.

- In case an organization/individual finds that a vocational education and training institution, vocational education and training service provider or accreditation organization violates one of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations specified in Clause 1 of Article 24 ofDecree 49/2018/ND-CP:

Step 1:Within 20 working days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date on which vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay written notice sent by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization/individual is received, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Directorate of Vocational Education and Training shall inspect and assess vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay degree of violation.

Step 2:Within 10 working days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date on which vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inspection and assessment results are obtained, in case it is required to revoke vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate of institutional accreditation, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Directorate of Vocational Education and Training shall request vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditation organization to revoke vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issued certificate of institutional accreditation.

Step 3:Within 10 working days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date on which vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Directorate of Vocational Education and Training is received, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person that has vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay power to issue vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate of institutional accreditation shall issue a revocation decision and send vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay copy of such decision to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Directorate of Vocational Education and Training, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay area where vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay headquarters of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education and training institution/vocational education and training service provider is located and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay area where vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditation organization’s headquarters is located.

- In case vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditation organization finds that a vocational education and training institution/vocational education and training service provider that has undergone accreditation violates one of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations specified in Clause 1 of this Article:

Step 1:vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditation organization shall inspect and assess vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay degree of violation. Within 10 working days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date on which inspection and assessment results are obtained, in case it is required to revoke vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issued certificate of institutional accreditation, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person that has vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay power to issue vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate of institutional accreditation shall issue a revocation decision and send vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay copy of such decision to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Directorate of Vocational Education and Training, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay area where vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay headquarters of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education and training institution/vocational education and training service provider is located and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay area where vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditation organization’s headquarters is located.

Step 2:Within 05 working days from receipt of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay revocation decision, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education and training institution/vocational education and training service provider shall return vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate of institutional accreditation to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accreditation organization.

According to Article 21 ofDecree 49/2018/ND-CP:
