From 2025, what are regulations onthe candidates of đá bóng trực tiếp High School Graduation Examinationin Vietnam?
According to Clause 1, Article 19 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on High School Graduation Examination promulgated along with Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT (effective from February 8, 2025), đá bóng trực tiếp candidates for đá bóng trực tiếp high school graduation exam are defined as follows:
- Individuals who have completed đá bóng trực tiếp General Education/Continuing Education Program in đá bóng trực tiếp year đá bóng trực tiếp exam is organized;
- Individuals who have completed đá bóng trực tiếp General Education/Continuing Education Program but have not yet graduated from high school in previous years;
- Individuals who have a High School Graduation Diploma taking đá bóng trực tiếp exam for đá bóng trực tiếp purpose of obtaining results as a basis for enrollment application;
- Individuals with an Intermediate Diploma taking đá bóng trực tiếp exam to obtain results as a basis for enrollment application.
What does đá bóng trực tiếp application for registering for đá bóng trực tiếp high school graduation exam include under đá bóng trực tiếp new regulations in Vietnam?
According to Clause 3, Article 20 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on High School Graduation Examination promulgated along with Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT (effective from February 8, 2025), đá bóng trực tiếp application for registering for đá bóng trực tiếp high school graduation exam includes:
- Registration form;
- Valid certifications to receive preferred or incentive policies (if any);
- 4x6 size photo in đá bóng trực tiếp style of an identity card/national identification card, taken no more than 06 months before submitting đá bóng trực tiếp application;
- Copy of high school academic transcript (for candidates falling under point b, Clause 1, Article 19 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on High School Graduation Examination promulgated along with Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT);
- Copy of High School Graduation Diploma (for candidates falling under point c, Clause 1, Article 19 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on High School Graduation Examination promulgated along with Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT);
- Copy of Intermediate Diploma, copy of đá bóng trực tiếp Learning Transcript or transcript of high school cultural subjects according to đá bóng trực tiếp Education Law and current guiding documents of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training (for candidates falling under point d, Clause 1, Article 19 of this Regulation);
- Retain score confirmation letter (if any) from đá bóng trực tiếp principal of đá bóng trực tiếp high school where đá bóng trực tiếp candidate previously took đá bóng trực tiếp exam or from đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training where đá bóng trực tiếp candidate took đá bóng trực tiếp exam in case đá bóng trực tiếp candidate took đá bóng trực tiếp exam in a different province.
When are students exempt from all exam subjects in đá bóng trực tiếp high school graduation exam in Vietnam?
According to Clause 1, Article 39 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on High School Graduation Examination promulgated along with Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT (effective from February 8, 2025), students are exempt from all exam subjects in đá bóng trực tiếp high school graduation exam under đá bóng trực tiếp following conditions:
- Those summoned to participate in đá bóng trực tiếp national team selection exam for international or regional Olympics in cultural subjects are exempted from all đá bóng trực tiếp exams of đá bóng trực tiếp high school graduation exam if they meet đá bóng trực tiếp following conditions:
+ Summoned in đá bóng trực tiếp second semester of grade 12;
+ Good conduct and academic performance for đá bóng trực tiếp entire year of grade 12 at a level from good upwards;
+ Listed in đá bóng trực tiếp exemption list provided by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training.
- Those in đá bóng trực tiếp teams participating in international or regional Olympics in science – technology, cultural – arts are exempted from all đá bóng trực tiếp exams of đá bóng trực tiếp high school graduation exam if they meet đá bóng trực tiếp following conditions:
+ Summoned in đá bóng trực tiếp second semester of grade 12;
+ Conduct and academic performance for đá bóng trực tiếp entire year of grade 12 at a level of at least satisfactory;
+ Listed in đá bóng trực tiếp official correspondence requesting exemption and certifying participation in training and competition conformable from đá bóng trực tiếp recruiting agency sent to đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training before đá bóng trực tiếp high school graduation exam.
- Individuals with severe disabilities and those with severe disabilities according to Clauses 1 and 2, Article 3Decree 28/2012/ND-CP; individuals involved in đá bóng trực tiếp resistance exposed to toxic chemicals reducing working capacity by 61% or more; biological descendants of individuals involved in đá bóng trực tiếp resistance exposed to toxic chemicals, themselves reducing working capacity by 61% or more, must meet đá bóng trực tiếp following conditions:
+ For disabled individuals following đá bóng trực tiếp general education program: Complete đá bóng trực tiếp high school program; eligible for đá bóng trực tiếp exam according to Clause 2, Article 19 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on High School Graduation Examination promulgated along with Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT; have a disability certificate issued by a competent authority;
+ For disabled individuals unable to follow đá bóng trực tiếp general education program:
++ Confirmed academic results by đá bóng trực tiếp principal of đá bóng trực tiếp high school where registration was done.
++ Individual education plans per annum at đá bóng trực tiếp high school level; have a disability certificate issued by a competent authority;
+ For individuals involved in đá bóng trực tiếp resistance, đá bóng trực tiếp biological descendants of individuals involved in đá bóng trực tiếp resistance exposed to toxic chemicals: Complete đá bóng trực tiếp high school program; eligible for đá bóng trực tiếp exam according to Clause 2, Article 19 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on High School Graduation Examination promulgated along with Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT; have a certificate of exposure to toxic chemicals reducing working capacity by 61% or more issued by a competent authority.
