From February 14, 2025, what are trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eligibility requirements forproviding internal extra classes in Vietnam?

Under Article 5 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eligibility requirements forprovidinginternal extra classes in Vietnam are as follows:

- Internal extra classes shall not charge students and areonly for students registering for extra classes in specific subjects as follows:

+ Students having unsatisfactory results in a subject at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay immediate past semester;

+ Students selected by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school for gifted student training;

+ Voluntary final-year students registering for entrance exam preparation or graduation exam preparation according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school's educational plan.

- No fees:Internal extra classes should not charge students any fees

- When organizing extra classes, a registration form for extra classes must be filled outfor each subject at each grade (according to Form No. 01 in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Appendix attached toCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT).

- Based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number of registered students, schools shall develop plans for organizing extra classes in specific subjects for each grade.

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay arrangement of classes, schedules, and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of extra classes shall ensure trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following requirements:

+ Extra classes should be organized by subject for each grade; each class shall have no more than 45 (forty-five) students;

+ Extra class schedules shall not interpose regular schedules and shall not precede trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contents scheduled in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s educational plan;

+ Each subject is permitted a maximum of 02 (two) extra lessons per week.

- Public disclosure of information:Plans for organizing extra classes shall be publicly available on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s website or posted at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school.

Note:Extra classes should not be organized for primarystudents, except in special cases such as training in art, physical education, and sports, or life skills development according to Article 4 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT

Under Article 3 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rules of extra classesare as follows:

- Extra classes are only organized when students wish to attend extra classes and have consent from parents or guardians (hereinafter collectively referred to as parents). Schools, organizations, or individuals organizing extra classes are not allowed to force students into extra classes in any manner.

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay content of extra classes must not contravene trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations of Vietnamese law, and must not bear biases regarding race, religion, occupation, gender, or social position. There shall be no omission of educational content according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school's educational plan to include in extra class sessions.

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay purpose of extra classes must contribute to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay development of students' qualities and abilities; it must not affect trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s education program or trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subject curriculum by teachers.

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration, time, location, and form of organizing extra class sessions must be suitable to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay psychological and physical condition of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay age group, ensuring students' health; must comply with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay legal regulations about working hours, overtime, and other relevant legal regulations concerning security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay area where extra classesare held.

What are trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay responsibilities of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal for internal extra classes in Vietnam?

According to Article 13 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay responsibilities of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal for internal extra classes in Vietnam are:

(1)Organize internal extra classes as stipulated by this Circular and other relevant legal regulations.

(2)Manage teachers currently teaching at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school when they participate in extra classes outside trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school to ensure compliance with clause 3, Article 6 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT; coordinate monitoring and inspection of extra classes activities outside trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school by teachers currently teaching at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school.

(3)Be accountable to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay direct governing body for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality of Internal extra classes, and for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management and use of funds for organizing internal extra classes as prescribed.

(4)Address infractions within their authority or propose that competent authorities address violations of regulations on extra classes.

(5)Receive and address feedback, suggestions, and desires from students and parents concerning extra classes before and during its implementation.
