According to Article 45 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáiLaw on vocational education and training 2014, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái regulations on vocational training classes are as follows:

Vocational training classes

1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái vocational training classes shall be established by organizations or individuals to provide training programs prescribed in Point a, b, c and d Clause 1 Article 40 of this Law.

If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái vocational training class is established according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái order of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái State, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái organization or individual establishing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái vocational training class must meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái requirements prescribed in regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Heads of vocational education and training authority in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái central government.

2. If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái organizations or individuals establishing vocational training classes meeting all requirements prescribed in Clause 2 of this Article, they shall benefit from incentive policies below:

a) Expenditures on operation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái vocational training classes shall be subtracted from taxable income in accordance with regulations of law on taxation.

b) They are eligible to participate in vocational programs or projects of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái State if they meet all requirements as prescribed;

c) They are eligible to issue certificates in vocational training to students;

d) They are eligible to assign vocational instructors to attend pedagogical refresher courses, update technology knowledge in their majors;

dd) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái students shall be provided training support if xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái vocational training classes belong to vocational training programs or projects of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái State.

3. A vocational training class satisfying xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following requirements shall benefit from incentive policies of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái State:

a) It has facilities, equipment, instructors, and training programs in conformity with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training vocations;

b) It has sent a report on vocational training operation to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái People’s Committee of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái commune, ward or town where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái vocational training class is located.

Thus,xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái eligibility requirements for benefiting from incentive policies by vocational training classes in Vietnamare as follows:

- Have facilities, equipment, instructors, and training programs in conformity with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training vocations;

- Have sent a report on vocational training operation to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái People’s Committee of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái commune, ward or town where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái vocational training class is located.

What are xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái rights and obligations of learnersinvocational training classesin Vietnam?

According to Article 60 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáiLaw on vocational education and training 2014, therights and obligations of learnersinvocational training classesin Vietnam are:

- Learn and practice as defined in regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái vocational education and training institution.

- Respect educators, administrative officials, civil servants and workers in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái vocational education and training institution; unite and help each other in learning and practicing.

- Participate in labor and social work, actions on environmental protection, protection for security, order, prevention and control of crime, social evil.

- Be respected and treated equally, regardless of sex, women, ethnic groups, religions, backgrounds, receive sufficient information about xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái study and practice.

- Be facilitated in study, production, businesses, services, activities in culture, sports.

- Benefit from policies applied to learners who are beneficiaries of social incentive policies.

- Other rights and obligations as prescribed in regulations of law.

c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái learners studying in disciplines facing difficulty in enrollment at intermediate-level or college-level but they are required by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái social according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái List provided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of vocational education and training authority; learners studying in special disciplines meeting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái requirements pertaining to socio-economic development and national defense and security as prescribed in regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Government.
