(2) During vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay period of holding vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional title of Garde III secondary school teacher and equivalent, have vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality graded as vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay good completionof tasks and above for03 consecutive years of service prior to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay year of consideration for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay promotion to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher professional title;
- Possess good political qualities and professional ethics;
- Not be under disciplinary action; not be in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay period of implementing regulations related to discipline under vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Communist Party of Vietnam'sregulationsand legal provisions.

Under clause 1, Article 4 ofCircular 03/2021/TT-BGDDT, apart from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duties of a Garde III secondary school teacher, Garde II secondary school teachers shall:
- Act as a presenter or model teacher in training sessions for teachers or pilot new teaching models, methods, and technology from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school level or higher; lead training contents and specialized meetings in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional group or participate in developing electronic learning materials;
- Instruct or evaluate scientific and technological research products from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school level or higher;
- Participate in social activities, and community service; attract vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay participation of organizations and individuals in organizing educational activities for students;
