Step 3:Within 90 days from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp date of receipt of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp sufficient application, if bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp application is satisfactory, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training shall preside over and cooperate with relevant agencies in organizing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp assessment of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp application and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp realistic assessment to correctly assess bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp implementation of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp proposal, preparing an assessment report, completing and submitting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp application to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Planning and Investment, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Finance, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Home Affairs and relevant agencies and units to seek their written opinions; if bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp parent university is not eligible, it shall be notified in witting and provided with clear reasons.

Step 5:Within 30 days from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp date of receipt of sufficient written opinions from relevant agencies and units specified in point c of this clause, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training shall consolidate such written opinions, complete bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp application and submit them to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Prime Minister for consideration and decision;
