Under Article 3 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay rules of extra classesare as follows:
- Extra classes are only organized when students wish to attend extra classes and have consent from parents or guardians (hereinafter collectively referred to as parents). Schools, organizations, or individuals organizing extra classes are not allowed to force students into extra classes in any manner.
- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay content of extra classes must not contravene trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations of Vietnamese law, and must not bear biases regarding race, religion, occupation, gender, or social position. There shall be no omission of educational content according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school's educational plan to include in extra class sessions.
- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay purpose of extra classes must contribute to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay development of students' qualities and abilities; it must not affect trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school’s education program or trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay subject curriculum by teachers.
- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay duration, time, location, and form of organizing extra class sessions must be suitable to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay psychological and physical condition of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay age group, ensuring students' health; must comply with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay legal regulations about working hours, overtime, and other relevant legal regulations concerning security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay area where extra classesare held.

From February 14, 2025, what are trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay cases where extra classes are not allowedin Vietnam?
Under Article 4 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay cases where extra classes in Vietnam are not allowed are:
- Extra classes for primary school students must not beorganized, except in cases of training in arts, sports, and life skills.
- Teachers currently teaching at schools are not allowedto offer external extra classes with feesto their students according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school's educational plan.
- Teachers from public schools are not allowed to participate in managing or operating external extra classes but may be involved in teaching extra classes.
What are trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations regarding internal extra classes in Vietnam?
Under Article 5 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations are as follows:
- Internal extra classes donot incur fees from students and shall only be available to students registering for extra classin each subject as follows:
+ Students whose academic results in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay immediate prior semester are not satisfactory;
+ Students selected by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school for nurturing talented students;
+ Final-year students voluntarily registering for entrance exam review, and graduation review according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school's educational plan.
- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school organizes for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay students, who fall within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay category specified in clause 1 of this Article, to fill out registration forms for supplementary study according to each subject in each grade level (using Form No. 01 in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Appendix attached toCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT).
- Based on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay number of registered students, schools shall develop plans for organizing extra classes in specific subjects for eachgrade.
- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay arrangement of classes, schedules, and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization of extra classes shall ensure trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following requirements:
+ Extra classes should be organized by subject for eachgrade; each class shall have no more than 45 (forty-five) students;
+ Extra class schedules shall not interpose regular schedules and shall not precede trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay contents scheduled in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school’s educational plan;
+ Each subject is permitted a maximum of 02 (two) extra lessons per week.
- Plans for organizing extra classes shall be publicly available on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school’s website or posted at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school.
