Under Article 7 of theRoad Traffic Law 2008which provides regulations on the dissemination, popularization, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education of road traffic laws as follows:

- Information vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay propaganda agencies shall regularly organize road traffic law propagation vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dissemination among the entire population.

- People’s Committees at all levels shall, within the scope of their tasks vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay powers, organize road traffic law propaganda, dissemination vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education in their localities vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apply forms of propaganda vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dissemination suitable to ethnic minority people.

- Education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training state management agencies shall include the road traffic law in the teaching programs at schools vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay other educational establishments as suitable to each branch vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay each level of education.

- Vietnam Fatherland Front vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay its member organizations shall coordinate with concerned agencies vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local administrations in propagating vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mobilizing the people to observe the road traffic law.

- Agencies vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organizations shall organize road traffic law propagation vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dissemination among officials, soldiers, civil servants, public employees vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay other laborers under their management.

Family members shall propagate, educate vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay remind other members to observe the road traffic law.

Under sub-section 2, Section 1 ofPlan 209/KH-BGDDT 2021, the objectives ofthe Road Traffic Order vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Safety Assurance Strategy in the education sector duringthe 2021-2030 period in Vietnam are:

- The local education authoritiesand educational institutions are to coordinate closely with the Traffic Safety Board, relevant agencies, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local authorities in propagating vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educating the law on road traffic order vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety for management staff, educators, teachers, employees, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students; organize traffic to ensure safety vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prevent congestion in the school gate areas.

From 2025, will the assessment level of the training results of students committing violationsagainst theregulation of the law on road traffic order vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety be lowered?

Under Article 7 ofDecree 151/2024/ND-CPconcerning the responsibilities of the Ministry of Education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training in formulating, integrating, embedding, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organizing educational activities on legal knowledge vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay managing compliance with the law on road traffic order vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety at preschool vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay general educational institutions:

Responsibilities of the Ministry of Education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training in developing, integrating, embedding, organizing educational activities on legal knowledge vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay managing compliance with the law on road traffic order vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety at preschool vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay general educational institutions

1. The Ministry of Education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training is primarily responsible, in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Security vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay relevant ministries vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay agencies, based on the provisions of Article 4 of this Decree:

a) Develop a teaching program on legal knowledge concerning road traffic order vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety appropriate for each educational level;

b) Develop materials, integrate, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay embed legal knowledge on road traffic order vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety into the formal curriculum at preschools, primary, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay secondary educational institutions;

c) Develop a legal knowledge subject on road traffic order vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety under the content stipulated in clause 4, Article 4 of this Decree for high schools vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education institutions.

2. The Ministry of Education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Training organizes teaching activities on legal knowledge regarding road traffic order vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety for preschool children, primary, secondary, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay high school students; incorporates compliance with the law on road traffic order vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety as one of the criteria for assessing students' training results.

According to the above regulation, compliance with the law on road traffic order vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety is one of the criteria for assessingstudents' training results.

Thus, the assessment level of the training results of students committing violationsagainst theregulation of the law on road traffic order vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay safety may be lowered.
