2. Order of implementation:

a) For public preschool, primary, and secondary schools, and continuing education institutions under vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education and training department: Within 10 working days from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application for tuition fee exemption/reduction and studying cost support, tuition fee support for primary school students in areas lacking public schools, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal is responsible for reviewing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay documents and preparing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of students eligible for tuition fee exemption/reduction and studying cost support, tuition fee support for primary school students and sending it to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education and training department for verification;

d) For private preschool institutions; private general education institutions; private continuing education institutions, vocational education, and private higher education: Within 10 working days from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application for tuition fee exemption/reduction, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution is responsible for providing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay learner with a confirmation certificate as per Appendix VIII of this Decree.
