- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school council of a public secondary school shall manage trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school, exercise trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay right of ownership representation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school and relevant interested parties, decide trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s operational direction, mobilize and supervise use of resources for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school, link trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay community and society, and ensure trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay realization of educational objectives.
- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school shall be composed of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay secretary of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Party Executive Committee; school principal; chairperson of trade union; secretary of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, representatives of specialized teams and office team; and representatives of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local government, parent committees and students.
trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school council shall have a chairperson, a secretary and other members, and an odd number of members between 07 and 15. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay council’s tenure shall be 05 years.
- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school council shall have trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following duties and powers: decide trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s development objectives, plans, vision and strategies, projects for each period of time and each year; decide trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s organizational and operational regulations or amendments thereof, which shall be proposed to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authority for approval; decide guidelines for use of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s funding and property; approve trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s education plan; supervise admission and organization of activities included in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s education plan; supervise implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school council’s decisions and democracy practice in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school; and supervise mobilization, management and use of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school’s resources in compliance with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law.
- Operation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school council:
trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school council shall convene at least three times a year. dd) School council establishment procedures:
Pursuant to regulations on components of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school council in Point b Clause 1 herein, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school principal shall request trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local government to assign a representative to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school council; draw up list of council members introduced by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local government, teachers and other organizations in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school; and send a proposal for decision on recognition of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school council to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chairperson of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district-level People’s Committee (for lower secondary schools and multi-level schools trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest education level of which is lower secondary level) or Director of Department of Education and Training (for upper secondary schools, multi-level schools trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest education level of which is upper secondary level, provincial-level boarding general education schools for ethnic minorities and district-level boarding general education schools for ethnic minorities with upper secondary level).
trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal shall convene trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first meeting of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school council to elect trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay council chairperson by secret ballot; and send a proposal for decision on recognition of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay council chairperson to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chairperson of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district-level People’s Committee (for lower secondary schools and multi-level schools trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest education level of which is lower secondary level) or Director of Department of Education and Training (for upper secondary schools, multi-level schools trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest education level of which is upper secondary level, provincial-level boarding general education schools for ethnic minorities and district-level boarding general education schools for ethnic minorities with upper secondary level). trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay council secretary shall be appointed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay council chairperson.
- On an annual basis, if there is any change to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay council’s members, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school principal shall send a proposal for decision on school council strengthening to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chairperson of district-level People’s Committee (for lower secondary schools and multi-level schools trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest education level of which is lower secondary level) or Director of Department of Education and Training (for upper secondary schools, multi-level schools trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest education level of which is upper secondary level, provincial-level boarding general education schools for ethnic minorities and district-level boarding general education schools for ethnic minorities with upper secondary level).
