Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 9 ofCircular 15/2021/TT-BLDTBXHregulating xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay autonomy and accountability of colleges:

* Autonomy in professional activities

- Colleges decide on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay objectives, mission, strategy, and development plans of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school;

- Colleges determine and announce xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enrollment methods and targets; decide xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization and management of training, forms of training; decide on training partnerships with domestic vocational education institutions that meet xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conditions as stipulated by law;
