Under Article 10 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), trực tiếp bóng đá k+ responsibilities of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ District-level People's Committee regarding extra classes are specified as follows:
Responsibilities of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ District-level People's Committee
- Be responsible for managing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ activities of extra classes within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district.
- Guide and inspect trực tiếp bóng đá k+ implementation of regulations on extra classes within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district; handle or recommend competent authorities handle violations.
- Direct trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Commune-level People's Committees to supervise and inspect trực tiếp bóng đá k+ compliance with legal regulations on working hours, overtime hours, and other legal regulations regarding security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention of organizations and individuals providing external extra classeswithin trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district.
Thus, according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ above regulation, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ District-level People's Committee shall manage trực tiếp bóng đá k+ activities of extra classes within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district. Additionally, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ District-level People's Committee must undertake trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following duties:
- Guide and inspect trực tiếp bóng đá k+ implementation of regulations onextra classes within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district; handle or recommend competent authorities handle violations.
- Direct trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Commune-level People's Committees to supervise and inspect trực tiếp bóng đá k+ compliance with legal regulations on working hours, overtime hours, and other legal regulations regarding security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention of organizations and individualsproviding external extra classeswithin trực tiếp bóng đá k+ district.

What are trực tiếp bóng đá k+ current regulations regarding internal extra classesin Vietnam?
Under Article 5 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTregarding internal extra classes:
- Internal extra classes donot incur fees from students and shall only be available to students registering for extra classin each subject as follows:
+ Students whose academic results in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ immediate prior semester are not satisfactory;
+ Students selected by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school for nurturing talented students;
+ Final-year students voluntarily registering for entrance exam review, and graduation review according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school's educational plan.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school organizes for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ students, who fall within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ category specified in clause 1 of this Article, to fill out registration forms for supplementary study according to each subject in each grade level (using Form No. 01 in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Appendix attached toCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT).
- Based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ number of registered students, schools shall develop plans for organizing extra classes in specific subjects for eachgrade.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ arrangement of classes, schedules, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization of extra classes shall ensure trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following requirements:
+ Extra classes should be organized by subject for eachgrade; each class shall have no more than 45 (forty-five) students;
+ Extra class schedules shall not interpose regular schedules and shall not precede trực tiếp bóng đá k+ contents scheduled in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school’s educational plan;
+ Each subject is permitted a maximum of 02 (two) extra lessons per week.
- Plans for organizing extra classes shall be publicly available on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school’s website or posted at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school.
What are trực tiếp bóng đá k+ rules of internal extra classes in Vietnam?
Under Article 3 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ rules of internal extra classes in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:
- Extra classes are only organized when students wish to attend extra classes and have consent from parents or guardians (hereinafter collectively referred to as parents). Schools, organizations, or individuals organizing extra classes are not allowed to force students into extra classes in any manner.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ content of extra classes must not contravene trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations of Vietnamese law, and must not bear biases regarding race, religion, occupation, gender, or social position. There shall be no omission of educational content according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school's educational plan to include in extra class sessions.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ purpose of extra classes must contribute to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ development of students' qualities and abilities; it must not affect trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ school’s education program or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subject curriculum by teachers.
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ duration, time, location, and form of organizing extra class sessions must be suitable to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ psychological and physical condition of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ age group, ensuring students' health; must comply with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ legal regulations about working hours, overtime, and other relevant legal regulations concerning security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ area where extra classesare held.
