1. Conditions for establishment: Implement according to Clause 2, Article 1 of Decision No. 161/QD-TTg dated January 30, 2015, by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Prime Minister of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Government of Vietnam approving trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay planning of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay national defense and security education center system for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay period 2015 - 2020 and subsequent years (hereinafter referred to as Decision No. 161/QD-TTg).

Step 2:Within 30 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay date of receipt of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay proposal dossier to establish trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay center, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay presiding evaluation agency shall complete trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay dossier and procedure and submit it to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay competent authority for consideration and decision to establish trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay center.
