- Operational funds of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay:
a) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay operational funds of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class Parent-Teacher Committee are derived fromvoluntary contributions of parents and other legal sources of funding for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class Parent-Teacher Committee.
b) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay operational funds of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school Parent-Teacher Committee are drawn from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay operational funds of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class Parent-Teacher Committees as per vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay recommendation of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay meeting of all class Parent-Teacher Committee heads at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay beginning of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year and other legal funding for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school Parent-Teacher Committee.
- Management and use of the funds of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay:
a) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class Parent-Teacher Committee coordinates with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teacher in planning vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay expenditure of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contributed, sponsored funds and only uses them after vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay consensus of all members of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class Parent-Teacher Committee;
b) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school Parent-Teacher Committee consults with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school principal to decide on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay expenditure plan for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contributed, sponsored funds and only uses them after vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay consensus of all members of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school Parent-Teacher Committee.
- The collection and expenditure of the funds by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay must ensure transparency, democracy; expenditures must be publicly reported at meetings of the class's parents and the school Parent-Teacher Committee meetings.There is no regulation on an average contribution amount from parents.
4. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay is not allowed to solicit contributions from students or their families for:
a) Contributions not adhering to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principle of voluntariness.
b) Contributions not directly serving the activities of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay: Securing school facilities, maintaining school security; monitoring students' transportation; classroom, school sanitation; rewarding management staff, teachers, and school staff; purchasing machinery, equipment, teaching aids for the school, classroom, or for management staff, teachers, and school staff; supporting management tasks, teaching organization, and educational activities; repairing, upgrading, or constructing new school buildings.
According to regulations, the funds of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay are derived from voluntary contributions of parents and legal funding sources.
Additionally, the law stipulates that there is no regulation on an average contribution amount from parents, and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cannot solicit contributions from parents that are not based on the principle of voluntariness.

+ Prepare meetings of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and parents' meetings, and organize the collection of wishes and suggestions from parents.

+ Assign specific tasks to the deputy head and members, chair meetings of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, and on behalf of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay coordinate with the homeroom teacher to organize educational activities for students;

- Deciding to convene parents' meetings (except for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay initial meeting of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year to elect vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class Parent-Teacher Committee) after agreeing with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teacher;
- Organizing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay collection of parents' opinions on measures for managing students to make specific recommendations to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teacher, subject teachers regarding measures to improve moral and educational quality, and teaching quality;
- Coordinating to organize extracurricular educational activities, traditional education, cultural, artistic, and sports activities to achieve comprehensive educational goals for students after agreeing with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teacher.
