How much land area is required to be eligible for establishing avocational education and trainingcenter in Vietnam?
Under Article 3 ofDecree 143/2016/ND-CP, amended by Clause 1, Article 5 ofDecree 140/2018/ND-CP, Clause 1, Article 6 ofDecree 140/2018/ND-CP, Clause 3, Article 1 ofDecree 24/2022/ND-CP, points e and l, Clause 21, Article 1 ofDecree 24/2022/ND-CP:
Conditions for the establishment, approval for establishment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training institutions
1. Compliance with the network planning for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training institutions in Vietnam. For public xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training institutions, upon establishment, they must operate under the self-governance mechanism for public service providers prescribed by the Government of Vietnam.
3. There must be a site for building facilities ensuring the minimum land area for a xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training center is 1,000 m²; a vocational secondary school is 10,000 m² for urban areas or 20,000 m² for non-urban areas; a vocational college is 20,000 m² for urban areas or 40,000 m² for non-urban areas.
In cases where the site for building facilities of vocational secondary schools or colleges includes both urban and non-urban areas, the land area shall be converted in accordance with the ratio of 1:2 between urban and non-urban land areas.
4. Investment capital to establish a xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training institution must be funded from lawful sources, excluding land value. To be specific:
a) For a xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training center, a minimum of 5 billion VND;
b) For a vocational secondary school, a minimum of 50 billion VND;
c) For a vocational college, a minimum of 100 billion VND.
Thus, under the above regulations,to be eligible for establishing avocational education and trainingcenter, it is required tohave a land area of 1,000 m² andensure the funding for establishment with a minimum investment of 5 billion VND (funded from lawful sources, excluding land value).

Authority to make decisions on establishment or to grant permission to establish xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training institutions
1.Every President of the People’s Committee of the province has the power to issue decisions on establishment of public vocational training centers and vocational schools under the management of the provincial government, and to grant permission to establish private vocational training centers and vocational schools in the province.
2.Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level and heads of central authorities of social-political organizations have the power to make decisions on establishment of public vocational training centers and vocational schools affiliated to their organizations.
3.The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has the power to make decisions on establishment of public colleges and to grant permission to establish private colleges.
According to the above regulations, the President of the People’s Committee of the province has the power to issue decisions on the establishment of public vocational training centers and vocational schools under the management of the provincial government and to grant permission to establish private vocational training centers and vocational schools in the province.
Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level authorities and heads of central authorities of social-political organizations have the power to make decisions on the establishment of public vocational training centers and vocational schools affiliated to their organizations.
Thus, the President of the Provincial People's Committee in Vietnam has the authority to establish a xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training center.
From the date of obtaining the certificate of registration for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training, after how long must a xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training center in Vietnam be put into operation?

a) Private xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training institutions and foreign-invested xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training institutions must create a roadmap to prepare the conditions for self-deciding on the opening of training disciplines, professions as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 14 of this Decree to ensure that from January 1, 2024, if eligible, they may apply self-governance to decide on the opening of training disciplines, professions as prescribed;
b) Within 36 months for vocational secondary schools, vocational colleges and 24 months for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training centers, from the date thedecision onestablishmentor approval for establishment takes effect, vocational colleges, vocational secondary schools, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training centers must register for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training activities;
c) Within 24 months from the date of being granted the certificate of registration for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training, the certificate of additional registration for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training, the xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training institution, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training - continuing education center, enterprise must organize training activities according to the certificate granted by the competent authority;

Thus, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training centers must be put into operation within 24 months from the date of obtaining the certificate of registration for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 and training.
