Exemption from Foreign Language Examination for High School Graduation Recognition
1. Members of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national team attending international Olympic competitions in foreign languages as per bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Decision of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training are exempt from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp foreign language examination for high school graduation recognition.
2. Individuals possessing one of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp language certificates specified in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp annex of this Regulation or language certificates recognized by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training equivalent to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp 6-level language competency framework for Vietnam (achieving level 3 or above and valid until bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam registration date) are exempt from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp foreign language examination for high school graduation recognition.
3. Candidates who meet bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp conditions for exemption from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp foreign language examination will not have their points converted to be calculated in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp total points for graduation recognition. For those who qualify for exemption but still wish to take bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp foreign language exam for graduation, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp actual examination results must be used for graduation point calculation.

Exemption from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Foreign Language Examination for Graduation Recognition
1. Subjects exempt from examination:
a) Members of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national team attending international Olympic competitions in foreign languages as per bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Decision of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training;
b) Holders of one of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp certificates specified in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp annual guidance on high school graduation exam organization by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training.
2. Candidates who are exempt from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp foreign language examination will be awarded 10 points for this exam when considering graduation recognition.
3. Candidates who do not register to use their exemption right must take bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam and be evaluated for graduation recognition like those who are not exempt.

- Sit in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp correct position corresponding to their candidate number; present ID card and exam permit when requested by invigilators or individuals on exam duty.
- For exam preparation, candidates may bring into bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam room: writing pens; rulers; pencils; erasers; compasses; graphing tools; non-programmable handheld calculators without bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp text-editing function, not containing periodic table lookup features, and without memory cards.
