State Budget Support
1. From trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro effective date of this Decree, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro level of support from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state budget for certain subjects is as follows:
a) 100% health insurance premium support for individuals from near-poverty households residing in poor districts according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro decision of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Prime Minister of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Government of Vietnam and other competent authorities' documents;
b) Minimum 70% health insurance premium support for subjects specified in Clauses 1, 2, and 5, Article 4 of this Decree;
c) Minimum 30% health insurance premium support for subjects specified in Clauses 3 and 4, Article 4 of this Decree.

Health Insurance Cards

2. Health insurance benefits as stipulated in Article 14 of this Decree.

4. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro place of initial medical examination and treatment covered by health insurance.
5. Continuous health insurance participation for 5 years or more for subjects required to co-pay medical examination and treatment expenses. Continuous health insurance participation is trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro time recorded on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subsequent health insurance card not interrupted longer than 3 months.
Persons sent by competent authorities on official assignments, studying, working, or accompanying their spouses, legitimate children, or legal adoptive children under 18 years old on assignments to Vietnamese agencies abroad, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro period abroad is counted as health insurance participation time.

2. For trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subjects specified in Clause 7, Article 3 of this Decree:
a) If children are born before September 30: trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is valid until trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro end of September 30 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro year trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro child turns 72 months old;
b) If children are born after September 30: trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is valid until trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro end of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro last day of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro month trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro child turns 72 months old.
3. For trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subjects specified in Clause 8, Article 3 of this Decree, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is valid from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date they receive social assistance as decided by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro district-level People's Committee.
4. For trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subjects specified in Clause 9, Article 3, and Clause 1, Article 4 of this Decree, who are fully supported by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state budget for health insurance premiums, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is valid from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date determined by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro decision approving trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro list by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro competent state authority.
5. For trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subjects specified in Clause 10, Article 3 of this Decree, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is valid from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date determined by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro decision approving trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro list by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro competent state authority.
6. For trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subjects specified in Clause 14, Article 3 of this Decree, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is valid immediately after donating body parts.
7. For trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subjects specified in Clause 3, Article 4 of this Decree:
a) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is issued annually to students of general education institutions, in which:
- For first-grade students: trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro validity starts from October 01 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro first year of elementary school;
- For 12th-grade students: trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro card is valid until trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro end of September 30 of that year.
