Forms of Commendation for Students at Reformatory Schools and Compulsory Education Centerin Vietnam

According to Article 13 ofCircular 49/2022/TT-BCA, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ forms of commendation for students at reformatory schools andcompulsory education institutions are stipulated as follows:

Forms of Commendation

1. Students who strictly comply with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law, internal regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ reformatory school, have results in academic ranking, training, vocational education, and labor at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ level of Good or higher, or have meritorious service, will be commended in one of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ forms specified in Clause 1, Article 23 of Decree No. 140/2021/ND-CP.

2. Students who have achievements in training, study, and strictly comply with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law, internal regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ compulsory education institution, or have meritorious service, will be commended in one of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ forms specified in Clause 1, Article 38 of Decree No. 140/2021/ND-CP.

Thus, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ forms ofcommendation for studentsat reformatory schools include:

- Commendation; presenting certificates of merit; presenting gifts;

- Organizing field trips by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ reformatory school;

- Allowing 5 days to visit family, excluding travel time, and providing an amount of money for meals, tickets for trains and buses for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ trip;

If trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student intentionally does not return after trực tiếp bóng đá k+ family visit period, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ reformatory school will arrange to bring trực tiếp bóng đá k+ student back.

- Recommending reduction or exemption from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ remaining period at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ reformatory school.

Forms of commendation for students at compulsory education institutions include:

- Commendation; presenting gifts;

- Increasing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ number of visits and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ duration of meetings with family, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ number of phone contacts, and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ number and volume of received gifts;

- Recommending reduction or exemption from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ remaining period.

What are procedures forcommendation of students at reformatory schools andcompulsory education institutions?

Based on Article 14 ofCircular 49/2022/TT-BCA, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ procedure for commendation of students at reformatory schools and compulsory education institutions is as follows:

(1). Commendation through emulation movements

Step 1:Before summarizing and concluding trực tiếp bóng đá k+ emulation movements, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ homeroom teacher, and supervisory police organize meetings for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ team of students and trainees to discuss, evaluate, and propose commendation for exemplary students and trainees with outstanding achievements in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ emulation movements; decisions are made by hand raising, and if at least two-thirds of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ attending students and trainees agree, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ commendation will be proposed.

Step 2:Based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ meeting results, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ homeroom teacher and supervisory police guide trực tiếp bóng đá k+ students and trainees to write individual achievement reports, compile documents, and submit them to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ relevant professional team to report to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Sub-committee on Commendation (for reformatory schools with branches, compulsory education institutions with subdivisions) or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ relevant professional team to report to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Commendation Council for students and trainees.

Step 3:trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council meets, decides by hand raising, and if at least two-thirds of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ members agree, it will be approved.

(2). Commendation in case of meritorious service

Step 1:For studentswho have meritorious service according to Clause 7, Article 3 ofDecree No. 140/2021/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ homeroom teacher and supervisory police guide trực tiếp bóng đá k+ students and trainees to write achievement reports, compile documents, and submit them to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ relevant professional team to report to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Sub-committee on Commendation (for reformatory schools with branches, compulsory education institutions with subdivisions) or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ relevant professional team to report to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Commendation Council for students and trainees.

Step 2:trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Commendation Council meets, decides by hand raising, and if at least two-thirds of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ members agree, it will be approved.

(3)Based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ meeting results of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Commendation Council, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ reformatory school or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ director of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ compulsory education institution will issue a commendation decision for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ students.

Who establishes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Commendation Council for students at reformatory schools and compulsory education institutions in Vietnam?

According to Article 15 ofCircular 49/2022/TT-BCA, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations are as follows:

Commendation Council; Sub-committee on Commendation

1. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ principal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ reformatory school establishes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Commendation Council and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Sub-committee on Commendation for students. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ composition of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Sub-committee is regulated in Clause 1, Article 11 of this Circular.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ director of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ compulsory education institution establishes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Commendation Council and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Sub-committee on Commendation for trainees. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ composition of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Sub-committee is regulated in Clause 2, Article 11 of this Circular.
