Under Clause 2, Article 22 of đá bóng trực tiếp High School Graduation Exam Regulations issued withCircular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 8, 2025), students taking đá bóng trực tiếp High School Graduation Exam will be assigned rooms as follows:

2. Arrangement of exam rooms:
a) Candidates who have graduated from high school, candidates who have completed đá bóng trực tiếp general education/continuing education program but have not yet graduated in previous years, graduates from post-secondary schools participating in đá bóng trực tiếp exam, and continuing education candidates will be arranged to take đá bóng trực tiếp exam together with candidates who are 12th-grade students during đá bóng trực tiếp exam year (referred to as 12th-grade candidates) at certain testing locations decided by đá bóng trực tiếp Director of đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training; ensuring that there are at least 50% of 12th-grade candidates among đá bóng trực tiếp total number of candidates at đá bóng trực tiếp testing location (in special cases, approval from đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training is required); đá bóng trực tiếp list for room assignments is made according to đá bóng trực tiếp regulations in point a, clause 1of this Article;
b) Exam rooms are assigned according to đá bóng trực tiếp elective test paper, each exam room has a maximum of 24 candidates and must ensure a minimum distance of 1.2 meters between two candidates sitting next to each other horizontally; đá bóng trực tiếp list for room assignments is made according to đá bóng trực tiếp regulations in point a, clause 1 of this Article;
c) đá bóng trực tiếp number of exam rooms for each Exam Council is numbered in ascending order;
d) Each exam room has a Photo List of candidates in đá bóng trực tiếp exam room, arranged in order corresponding to đá bóng trực tiếp list of candidates in đá bóng trực tiếp exam room;
dd) In front of đá bóng trực tiếp exam room, đá bóng trực tiếp List of candidates in đá bóng trực tiếp exam room for each testing session and đá bóng trực tiếp responsibilities of candidates as specified in Article 21 of this Regulation.

- Written question papers must specify đá bóng trực tiếp score for each question; đá bóng trực tiếp scores for exam subjects are calculated on a 10-point scale;
- Each question paper must include an answer key, and for essay exams, there must be additional marking guidelines;

- Members of đá bóng trực tiếp multiple-choice paper marking team and individuals performing related duties in đá bóng trực tiếp multiple-choice paper marking area arenot allowed to bring pencils, erasers, or other prohibited items as per đá bóng trực tiếp examination regulations into đá bóng trực tiếp marking room; they are not allowed to modify or add to đá bóng trực tiếp candidate’s Multiple-Choice Answer Sheet in any form or for any reason;
- Members of đá bóng trực tiếp multiple-choice paper marking team must strictly adhere to đá bóng trực tiếp procedure for marking multiple-choice papers as stipulated; if any irregularities are detected during đá bóng trực tiếp process, they must immediately report to đá bóng trực tiếp Head of đá bóng trực tiếp multiple-choice paper marking team to jointly record, report to đá bóng trực tiếp Marking Board leadership for handling;

If any irregularities are detected during their duties, đá bóng trực tiếp Supervision Team must report to đá bóng trực tiếp Marking Board leadership to temporarily suspend đá bóng trực tiếp marking process, request đá bóng trực tiếp Marking Board to verify and handle before continuing;
- All Multiple-Choice Answer Sheets (candidate work) must be graded by machine using đá bóng trực tiếp same specialized software provided by đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, from imaging to yielding đá bóng trực tiếp exam score of each candidate;
- Computers serving đá bóng trực tiếp marking of multiple-choice papers are networked into a local LAN; đá bóng trực tiếp casing and unused or unnecessary ports on marking computers, and đá bóng trực tiếp marking server are sealed before conducting marking;
- Before cutting đá bóng trực tiếp exam paper bag for marking, đá bóng trực tiếp seal must be checked and đá bóng trực tiếp signature on đá bóng trực tiếp Multiple-Choice Answer Sheet bag must be compared with đá bóng trực tiếp Exam Place sample signature;
