- Implementation of regulations on grading theses and dissertations;

- Update of points, report, archival,and resolution of complaintsand accusations regarding theses and dissertations;

- Performance ofother tasks as prescribed by law

How many forms of internal inspection are there in higher education institutions in Vietnam?

Under Article 12 ofCircular 28/2024/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay internal inspections in educational institutions are conducted in two forms:

(1)Planned inspections annually approved by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution and notified to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay inspection subjects, relevant units, organizations, and individuals;

(2)Unexpected inspections are conducted upon discovering units, organizations, and individuals showing signs of legal violations, as required for resolving complaints, accusations; preventing, combating corruption, or as assigned by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution.

- Implementation of policies and laws on education.

- Formulationand issuance ofinternal regulatory documents of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution by delegation and authority.

- Implementation of objectives, plans, programs, content, and educational methods; regulations on specialization, exam regulations, admission regulations, training regulations, regulations on printing, managing, issuing diplomas, and certificates; autonomy in opening training fields, issuing training programs, implementing regulations on textbooks, lectures; management of finance, assets; scientific and technological activities and international cooperation; staff organization tasks; implementing regulations on conditions to ensure trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay education quality of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution; political education tasks and student affairs.

According to Article 4 ofCircular 28/2024/TT-BGDDT,trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay content of specialized inspections for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Department of Education and Training in Vietnam is stipulated as follows:

(1) Advising trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Provincial People's Committee to submit to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay People's Council:

- Decisions, plans, programs, projects, policies on education development, student streamlining, and career guidance in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay locality in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational development strategy and local socio-economic development plans;

- Decisions on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay annual tuition fees for public educational institutions under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay state management of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay province according to legal regulations;

- Decisions on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay official staffing of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational management agency in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay province according to legal regulations;

- Approval of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay total number of staff positions for public educational institutions under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay management of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay province according to legal regulations.

(2) Submitting to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Provincial People's Committee to promulgate:

- Legislativedocuments on education within authority;

- Guidelines, organizing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay implementation of legislativedocuments on education; integrating plans for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay network of educational and training institutions into trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provincial planning according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Planning Law and relevant regulations;

- Education development plans in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay area; plans, programs, and projects for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay development of high school education in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay area; plans for implementing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Scheme to innovate trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay general education program and textbooks assigned within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay province; approval of establishment, permission for establishment; mergers, separations, dissolution of educational institutions as delegated within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay area;

- Approval of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Scheme to arrange and reorganize public educational institutions managed in line with local realities; approval of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay plan to establish, reorganize, and dissolve professional departments, departments under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Department of Education and Training according to regulations.

(3)Cooperating with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Department of Home Affairs to aggregate trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay annual number of staff positions for public educational institutions in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay plan on staffing of public service providers of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay province to submit to competent authorities for approval.

(4)Taking charge of and cooperating with relevant units to appraise conditions for establishment or permission for establishment of educational institutions as delegated; suspending operations for educational institutions under management; recruitment or delegated recruitment, use, training, and fostering educators, educational management staff, and employees in educational institutions under management.

(5)Taking charge of and cooperating with relevant agencies to perform trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay state management function over education of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Provincial People's Committee for higher education institutions; pedagogical colleges, provincial-level continuing education centers as delegated by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Government of Vietnam.

(6)Providing professional guidance for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Division of Education and Training and personnel in charge of education under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Commune People's Committee.

(7)Managing teaching and educational activities inside and outside schools; directing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay implementation of activities on moral education, lifestyle, and school safety; organizing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay plan to deploy trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Scheme to innovate trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay general education program and textbooks; implementing and directing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay implementation of educational communication activities in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay area.

(8)Regularly updating information on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay team of teachers and educational management staff under management into trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay education sector database. Fully and promptly reporting annual and extraordinary statistics, and disclosures on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay local education sector under management to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Provincial People's Committee and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training as prescribed.

(9)Conducting inspections, and audits; resolving complaints, denunciations, proposals, and feedback; handling violations in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay education sector according to legal regulations.

(10)Performing other duties as prescribed by law.
