1. Internal xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube shall not charge students and areonly for students registering for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube in specific subjects as follows:
a) Students having Unqualifiedacademic results in a subject at the end of the immediate past semester;
b) Students selected by the school for gifted student training;
c) Voluntary final-year students registering for entrance exam preparation or graduation exam preparation according to the school's educational plan.
2. Schools shall organize for the students specified in Clause 1 of this Article to submit registration forms for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube in specific subjects for each grade (according to Form No. 01 in the Appendix attached to this Circular).
3. Based on the number of registered students, schools shall develop plans for organizing xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube in specific subjects for each grade.
4. The arrangement of classes, schedules, and the organization of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube shall ensure the following requirements:
a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube should be organized by subject for each grade; each class shall have no more than 45 (forty-five) students;
b) Extra class schedules shall not interpose regular schedules and shall not precede the contents scheduled in the school’s educational plan;
c) Each subject is permitted a maximum of 02 (two) extra lessons per week.

What are the responsibilities of the principal for internal xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube in Vietnam?
According to Article 13 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, theresponsibilities of the principal for internal xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube in Vietnam:
(1)Organize internal xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube as stipulated by this Circular and other relevant legal regulations.
(2)Manage teachers currently teaching at the school when they participate in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube outside the school to ensure compliance with clause 3, Article 6 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT; coordinate monitoring and inspection of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube activities outside the school by teachers currently teaching at the school.
(3)Be accountable to the direct governing body for the quality of Internal xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube, and for the management and use of funds for organizing internal xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube as prescribed.
(4)Address infractions within their authority or propose that competent authorities address violations of regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube.
(5)Receive and address feedback, suggestions, and desires from students and parents concerning xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube before and during its implementation.

Under Article 4 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), the cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube in Vietnam are not allowed are:
1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube for primary school students must not beorganized, except in cases of training in arts, sports, and life skills.
2. Teachers currently teaching at schools are not allowedto offer external xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube with feesto their students according to the school's educational plan.
3. Teachers from public schools are not allowed to participate in managing or operating external xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube but may be involved in teaching xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube.
