Under Article 4 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025) onthe cases where extra classes are not allowed:

1. Extra classes for primary school students must not beorganized, except in cases of training in arts, sports, and life skills.
2. Teachers currently teaching at schools are not allowedto offer external extra classes with feesto their students according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school's educational plan.
3. Teachers from public schools are not allowed to participate in managing or operating external extra classes but may be involved in teaching extra classes.
Thus, from February 14, 2025, teachers are not allowed to offer external extra classes with fees to their students according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school's educational plan.

What are bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp rules of extra classes in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 3 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp rules of extra classesare as follows:
- Extra classes are only organized when students wish to attend extra classes and have consent from parents or guardians (hereinafter collectively referred to as parents). Schools, organizations, or individuals organizing extra classes are not allowed to force students into extra classes in any manner.
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp content of extra classes must not contravene bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp regulations of Vietnamese law, and must not bear biases regarding race, religion, occupation, gender, or social position. There shall be no omission of educational content according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school's educational plan to include in extra class sessions.
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp purpose of extra classes must contribute to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp development of students' qualities and abilities; it must not affect bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp organization of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school’s education program or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp implementation of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp subject curriculum by teachers.
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp duration, time, location, and form of organizing extra class sessions must be suitable to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp psychological and physical condition of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp age group, ensuring students' health; must comply with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp legal regulations about working hours, overtime, and other relevant legal regulations concerning security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp area where extra classesare held.
Areteachers teaching external extra classesin Vietnam required to report to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal?
Under Article 6 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), regulations on external extra classes are as follows:
External extra classes
1. Organizations or individuals providing external extra classes withfees for students (hereinafter referred to as extra class centers) must fulfill bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following requirements:
a) Register bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp business in accordance with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp law;
b) Publicly disclose on electronic portals or post at bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp location of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp extra class center regarding bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp subjects for which extra class is organized; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp duration of extra class for each subject according to each grade; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp location, form, and schedule of extra class sessions; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp list of teachers of extra classes and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp fees for extra class before enrolling students in extra classes (according to Form No. 02 in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Appendix attached to this Circular).
2. External extra classes must ensure good moral character and possess bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp professional capacity suitable for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp subject of extra class.
3. Teachers teaching at schools whowish to provide external extra classes must report to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Principal or Director or head of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school (hereinafter referred to as bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Principal) regarding bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp subject, location, form, and schedule of their extra classes (according to Form No. 03 in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Appendix attached to this Circular).
Therefore, teachers teachingexternal extra classesin Vietnam must report to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Principal regarding bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp subject, location, format, and timing of their extra classes.
What are bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp regulations onthe collection of fees for extra classes in Vietnam?
Under Article 7 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp regulations onthe collection of fees forextra classes in Vietnam areas follows:
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp funding for organizing internal extra classes shall be covered by thestate budget and other lawful sourcesas prescribed by law.
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp fees for external extra classes shall follow bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp agreement between students' parents, students, and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp extra class center.
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp collection, management, and utilization of fees forextra classes shall comply with legal regulations on finance, state budget, assets, accounting, taxation, and other related provisions.
