Under Clause 1, Article 6 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025) on external extra classes:

External extra classes

1. Organizations or individuals providing external extra classes withfees for students (hereinafter referred to as extra class centers) must fulfill trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following requirements:

b) Publicly disclose on web portals or post at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay location of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay extra class center regarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay subjects for which extra class is organized; trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay duration of extra class for each subject according to each grade; trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay location, form, and schedule of extra class sessions; trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay list of teachers of extra classes and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay fees for extra class before enrolling students in extra classes (according to Form No. 02 in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Appendix attached to this Circular).

2. External extra classes must ensure good moral character and possess trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay professional capacity suitable for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay subject they are extra class.

3. Teachers teaching at schools whowish to provide external extra classes must report to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Principal or Director or head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school (hereinafter referred to as trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Principal) regarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay subject, location, form, and schedule of their extra classes (according to Form No. 03 in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Appendix attached to this Circular).

Thus, from February 14, 2025, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay conditions for organizing external extra classes are as follows:

- Register trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay business in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay law;

- Publicly disclose on web portals or post at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay location of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay extra class center (according to Form No. 02 in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Appendix attached toCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT) regarding:

UnderArticle 14 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay responsibilities of extra class centers for students are as follows:

(1)Comply with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations on extra classesas stipulated inCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTand other relevant laws.

(2)Manage and ensure trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay quality of extra classesand trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay rights of studentsand teachers of extra classes; manage and use trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay fees forextra classesas regulated.

(3)Manage and archive records of organizing extra classesas regulated.

(4)Report and explain trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provisions ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTand relevant laws to competent authorities when requested.

(5)Receive and handle opinions, suggestions, and wishes of students and their parents regarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay extra classesbefore and during implementation.

What are trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay rules ofexternal extra classes in Vietnam?

Under Article 3 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay rules of extra classesare as follows:

- Extra classes are only organized when students wish to attend extra classes and have consent from parents or guardians (hereinafter collectively referred to as parents). Schools, organizations, or individuals organizing extra classes are not allowed to force students into extra classes in any manner.

- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay content of extra classes must not contravene trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations of Vietnamese law, and must not bear biases regarding race, religion, occupation, gender, or social position. - trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay purpose of extra classes must contribute to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay development of students' qualities and abilities; it must not affect trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school’s education program or trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay subject curriculum by teachers.

- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay duration, time, location, and form of organizing extra class sessions must be suitable to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay psychological and physical condition of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay age group, ensuring students' health; must comply with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay legal regulations about working hours, overtime, and other relevant legal regulations concerning security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay area where extra classesare held.

What are trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations onthe collection and management of fees for extra classes in Vietnam?

Under Article 7 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 14, 2025), trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations onthe collection and managementof fees forextra classes in Vietnam areas follows:

- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay funding for organizing internal extra classes shall be covered by thestate budget and other lawful sourcesas prescribed by law.

- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay fees for external extra classes shall follow trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay agreement between students' parents, students, and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay extra class center.

- trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay collection, management, and utilization of fees forextra classes shall comply with legal regulations on finance, state budget, assets, accounting, taxation, and other related provisions.
