- An educational institution shall have its enrollment activities suspended in a trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro in the following cases:
a) The discipline has been opened without maintaining the full conditions required for its operation as stipulated in this Circular;
b) Violating other legal regulations on education, resulting in the necessity to suspend enrollment activities.
2. An educational institution shall have its training activities suspended in a trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro in the following cases:
a) Self-initiation or fraudulent practice to open a trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro without meeting the stipulated conditions;
b) Failure to remedy the causes leading to the suspension of enrollment activities after the suspension period ends;
c) Violating other legal education regulations to the extent that training activities must be suspended.

Thus, an educational institution will be suspended from conducting training activities in the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro in the following three cases:

The Minister of Education and Training decides on the suspension of enrollment or training activities in a trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro when there is a conclusion from a competent state management agency about violations as prescribed in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article; the suspension period ranges from 6 months to 12 months based on the degree and nature of the violation. The suspension decision must clearly state the reason, scope, suspension period, and be publicly announced through mass media.
- The educational institution with suspended enrollment or training activities in a trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro as stipulated in Clause 3 of this Article must implement measures to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of students, lecturers, management staff, and employees of the educational institution.
- During the enrollment suspension period, if the educational institution has remedied the causes leading to the suspension and fully meets the conditions for opening a trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro as stipulated in this Circular, the Minister of Education and Training will decide to allow the resumption of enrollment in the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro within 30 days from the end of the suspension period.
