- The Ministry issues preschool education programs; prescribes standards, processes for compiling, revising preschool education programs; prescribes tasks, powers, operation methods, standards, quantity, and structure trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay members trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the National Council for Preschool Education Program Appraisal;

- Set standards for evaluating education quality including educational institutions and training programs; procedures and cycles for accrediting education quality at different educational levels and training degrees; principles for activities, conditions, and standards for organizations and individuals engaged in educational quality accreditation; grant permits for educational quality accreditation activities; issue and revoke educational quality accreditation certificates;
