Members of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro who are officials and public employees from other agencies or units work under concurrent policies; members of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro who are public employees or employees of the public service provider with a Management Council may work under dedicated or concurrent policies as determined in the Scheme for the establishment of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro.

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro organizes meetings according to the working requirements of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro and as determined in the Operational Regulation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro. Under Article 5 ofCircular 03/2025/TT-BGDDT(effective from March 25, 2025), theoperationalregulationsof trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro in public service providers in the education and training sector of Vietnam are as follows:

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro operates according to the operational regulations approved by the competent authority that established trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro. The operational regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro include the following main contents:

+ General provisions;

+ Functions, duties, and powers of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro;

+ Quantity, organizational structure of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro;

+ Duties, powers, and tenure of the Chairman, Vice Chairman (if any), Secretary, and members of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro; criteria and conditions for the appointment and dismissal of the Chairman, Vice Chairman (if any), Secretary, and members of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro;

+ Principles and policies for the work of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro;

+ Working relationship between trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro with the head of the public service provider and the supervisory agency; working relationships with other agencies, organizations, and individuals (if any);

According to Article 7 ofCircular 03/2025/TT-BGDDT, the working relationships are regulated as follows:

(1) The working relationship between trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro and the supervisory agency is as follows:

- Regulations on the relationship between trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro and the supervisory agency are included in the Operational Regulation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro, which includes:

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro is responsible to the supervisory agency for the results of its assigned tasks and authority;

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro is responsible for reporting to the supervisory agency on the activities of the public service provider;

- The supervisory agency reviews or comments on matters under its jurisdiction upon trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro's proposals.

(2) The working relationship between trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro and the head of the public service provider isas follows:

The regulations on the relationship between trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro and the head of the public service provider are included in the Operational Regulation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro, which includes:

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro decides on matters under its jurisdiction proposed by the head of the public service provider;

- The head of the public service provider manages and operates the unit's activities in implementing the resolutions of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro and is responsible to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro for the resolution implementation results;

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro leads and cooperates with the head of the public service provider to develop and issue coordination regulations in directing, managing, and performing the unit’s tasks;

- The head of the public service provider is subject to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro's inspection and supervision in implementing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro's resolutions; they are responsible for periodically or unexpectedly reporting on the public service provider's activities as required by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro.
