Under Article 54 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures for establishing aboarding ethnic secondary school in Vietnam are specified asfollows:

(1) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial People's Committee decides on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment of a boarding ethnic secondary school.

(3) Procedures:

Step 1:trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training takes charge of andcooperates with relevant agencies to develop trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school establishment scheme; compiles trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application as prescribed in (2) and submits to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision;

Step 2:Within 15 days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receiving a complete and valid application, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial People's Committee inspectsthe establishment eligibility of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application; if trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conditions are satisfied, decides to establish trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay boarding ethnic secondary school; if not, notifies trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay relevant agencies in writing and specifies trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reasons.

According to Article 56 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures for issuing an operating license to a boarding ethnic secondary school in Vietnam are prescribed as follows:

(1) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training Division decides to issuean operating license to alower-secondary boarding ethnic school; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Director of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training decides to issuean operating license to a boarding ethnic secondary schoolwith trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest education level being upper secondary.

(2) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application includes:

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application form forissuing an operating license(according to Form No. 03 in Appendix 1 attached toDecree 125/2024/ND-CP);

- Copies of legal documents proving land use rights, ownership of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay building or lease agreements of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school location with a minimum term of 05 years;

- Regulations on organization and activities of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school, including key contents: Legal status, tasks, and powers of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school; organization and management of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school; organization of educational activities in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school; duties and rights of management staff, teachers, staff, workers, and students; finance and assets of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school; other mattersrelated to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization and activities of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school.

(3) Procedures:

Step 2:Within 05 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receiving a complete application, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training Division or trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training notifies in writing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contents needing amendment or supplementation in case trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application is invalid; or informs trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay plan for field assessment at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school in case trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application is valid;

Step 3:Within 20 days of receiving a complete and valid application, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training Division or trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training takes chargeof andcooperates with specialized units concerned to organize a field assessment of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational operation conditions of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay boarding ethnic secondary school; compiles an assessment report to evaluate compliance with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations in Article 55 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP;

Step 4:Within 05 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay assessment report, if conditions are met, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Education and Training Division or trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Director of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training decides to issuean operating license tothe boarding ethnic secondary school; if conditions are not met, notifies trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school in writing and states trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reasons.
