Suspension of educational activities for kindergartens, preschools, daycare centers

1. A kindergarten, preschool, or daycare center will have its educational activities suspended in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube following cases:

a) Committing fraud to be allowed educational activities;

b) Failing to meet any conditions for educational activities as specified in clauses 2 and 3 of Article 5 of this Decree;

d) Failing to initiate educational activities within 1 year from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube date of being permitted to operate educational activities;

e) Other cases as prescribed by law.

What are procedures for suspending educational activities of preschools in Vietnam?

Based on clause 3, Article 7 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube procedures for suspending educational activities of preschools in Vietnam are as follows:

Step 1:Upon detecting xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube preschool's violation of one of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube cases regulated in clause 1, Article 7 ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Education and Training Department decides to organize an inspection to assess xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube actual situation, prepares an inspection report, and informs xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube preschool of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube violation;

Merger, division, separation, dissolution of schools

a) Committing serious violations of management, organization, and operation regulations;

c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube objectives and activities in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube establishment decision or permission are no longer suitable to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube socio-economic development needs;

d) Failure to ensure educational quality;

dd) At xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube request of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube organization or individual that established xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube school.

Thus, if a preschool fails to rectify xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube causes leading to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube suspension after xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube suspension period, it will be dissolved.
