What are vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulatory requirements for establishment of public universities or permission for establishment of private universities in Vietnam?
Under Article 94ofDecree 125/2024/ND-CP,vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulatory requirements for establishment of public universities or permission for establishment of private universities in Vietnam are:
1. A project on establishment of a university shall be set up. Such project shall be consistent with an approved planning for network of higher education and pedagogy institutions.
2. It is required to obtain a written consent for establishment of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay university to be located within a central-affiliated city or province from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People’s Committee of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay province where vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay university is based (except when vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay university is affiliated to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial People's Committee) and a written certification of land use rights.
