Under Article 2 ofCircular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT(effective from February 8, 2025) on transitional provisions:
Transitional Provisions
- Candidates who have completed bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp general education program before 2025 but have not graduated from upper secondary educationwill take bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp papers with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp question papers of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp General Education Program issued with Decision No. 16/2006/QD-BGDDT dated May 5, 2006, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Continuing Education Program issued with Decision No. 50/2006/QD-BGDDT dated November 7, 2006, and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp guidance documents for adjusting teaching content of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training.
- Candidates who have a high school diploma and/or a post-secondary diploma wishing to participate in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp High School Graduation Exam 2025 as a basis for enrollment registration can choose to take bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp papers with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp question papers stipulated in clause 1 of this Article or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp question papers according to clause 2, Article 4 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Exam Regulations issued with this Circular.
- From 2026, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training will organize bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp high school graduation exam with only one type of question paper under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp provisions of clause 2, Article 4 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Exam Regulations.
Thus, theHigh School Graduation Exam 2025will have two differentquestion papers according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp two general education programs of 2006 and 2018.
- Thequestion paperaccording to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp 2006 general education program will apply to candidates who have completed bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp general education program before 2025 but have not yet graduated fromupper secondary education.
- Thequestion paperaccording to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp 2018 general education program will apply to candidates currently studying thegeneral education program2018.

According to Article 19 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp High School Graduation Exam Regulations issued together withCircular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT, regulations on candidates and eligibility requirements for taking bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam include:
- Individuals who have completed bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp General Education/Continuing Education program in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp year ofthe exam;
- Individuals who have completed bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp General Education/Continuing Education program but have not graduated in previous years;
- Individuals who already hold a High School Diploma but retake bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam to use bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp results for enrollment registration;

In an exam, there is an official question paper and a backup question paper for each subject. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp question paper must meet bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following requirements:
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp content of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp question paper must comply with Clause 2, Article 4 of these Regulations;
- Ensure accuracy, scientific, and pedagogical nature; wording and phrasing must be clear;
- Closely follow bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp required standards in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp General Education Program; ensure bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp classification of candidates;
- Written question papers must specify bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp score for each question; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp scores for exam subjects are calculated on a 10-point scale;
- Each question paper must include an answer key, and for essay exams, there must be additional grading guidelines;

- Valid certificates for priority/encouragement policies (if any);
- 4x6-sized photos taken in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp style of ID/citizen ID card, taken no more than 06 months before submitting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp application;
