Based on Article 7 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Undergraduate Training Regulations, issued withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDT:
Organization of Course Registration
1. Before xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái beginning of each semester, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training institution guides students to register for courses on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái institution's course registration system.
2. Students following xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái credit-based system must register for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái classes of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái courses they plan to take in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái semester, including: new courses, some failed courses (to retake), and some passed courses (to improve grades, if any) based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái list of courses offered and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái registration conditions for each course.
3. Students following xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái academic year system register to retake xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái failed courses they plan to take in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái semester, register to improve grades, or register for elective courses as prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training program.
4. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái institution's regulations stipulate xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái process, procedures, organization, management, storage of students' course registrations for each semester, withdrawal of registered courses; specifically stipulate xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái study load limits for students per semester within xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following framework:
a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái minimum load is no less than 2/3 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái average load per semester according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái standard study plan;
b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái maximum load does not exceed 3/2 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái average load per semester according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái standard study plan.
Thus, according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái above regulation, students following xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái credit-based system must register for their courses at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái beginning of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái year, registering for new courses and, at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái same time, may register for failed courses (retake) or courses to improve grades in that semester.

How are students studying based on number of creditsevaluated and graded in Vietnam?
Based on Article 9 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Undergraduate Training Regulations, issued withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDTas follows:
- For each course, students are evaluated through at least two component grades; for courses with less than 2 credits, there may be only one evaluation grade.
Component grades are evaluated on a 10-point scale. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evaluation methods, forms, and weights of each component grade are specified in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái detailed course syllabus.
Online evaluation forms are applied when ensuring honesty, fairness, and objectivity, similar to direct evaluation, contributing no more than 50% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái course weight; xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái organization of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái defense and evaluation of theses, projects can be conducted online with higher weights if xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following conditions are additionally met:
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evaluation is performed by a specialized committee consisting of at least 3 members;

- Students absent from exams or evaluations without legitimate reasons receive a zero. Students absent with legitimate reasons can take xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái exam or evaluation at another time and their first-time score is recorded.
- Course grades are calculated from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái total component grades multiplied by their respective weights, rounded to one decimal place, and assigned letter grades as below, except for cases stipulated in point d of this clause.
- Passing grades with sub-levels, applied to courses counted towards xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái GPA, include:
A: from 8.5 to 10.0;B: from 7.0 to 8.4;C: from 5.5 to 6.9;D: from 4.0 to 5.4.
- Passing grades without sub-levels, applied to courses only requiring a pass, not counted towards xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái GPA:
P: from 5.0 upwards.
c) Failing grade:
F: below 4.0.
- Special cases using letter grades not counted towards xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái GPA:
I: Incomplete due to permitted exam or assessment postponement;X: Incomplete due to insufficient data;R: Course credits exempted and recognized.
How is credit-based study performance processed in Vietnam?
Based on Article 11 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Undergraduate Training Regulations, issued withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDTas follows:
- At xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái end of each main semester, students are given academic warnings based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following conditions:
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái total number of failed credits in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái semester exceeds 50% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái registered load in that semester, or xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái total amount of outstanding credits from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái beginning of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái course exceeds 24
;+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái semester GPA is below 0.8 for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái first semester of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái course, below 1.0 for subsequent semesters;
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cumulative GPA is below 1.2 for first-year students, below 1.4 for second-year students, below 1.6 for third-year students, and below 1.8 for subsequent years.
- Students are expelled in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following cases:
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái number of academic warnings or xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái level of academic warnings exceeds xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái limits set by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái training institution;
+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái study period exceeds xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái limit specified in clause 5, Article 2 ofCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDT.

+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái selection of conditions for academic warnings, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái limit on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái number or level of academic warnings but not exceeding 2 consecutive warnings;+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái process and procedures for academic warnings, expulsion; xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái announcement of applicable forms to students;+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái retention of accumulated academic results in cases where students are expelled.
