Based on Clause 1, Article 4 ofDecree 116/2016/ND-CP, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp conditions for students to be eligible for support policies in Vietnamare stipulated as follows:
Conditions for students to be eligible for support policies
- For primary and lower secondary school students, one of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following conditions must be met:
a) Being a boarding student studying at ethnic minority boarding schools;
b) Being a student where both bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp student and their parents or guardians have permanent residence in extremely difficult communes and villages and are studying at primary or lower secondary schools in area III communes, extremely difficult villages in ethnic minority and mountainous regions, or extremely difficult coastal and island communes.
bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp distance from home to school must be 4 km or more for primary students and 7 km or more for lower secondary school students, or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp terrain and traffic must be difficult: crossing rivers or streams without bridges; crossing high passes or mountains; crossing landslide-prone areas;
c) Being a student where both bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp student and their parents or guardians have permanent residence in area III communes, extremely difficult villages in ethnic minority and mountainous regions, and are studying at primary or lower secondary schools in area II communes of ethnic minority and mountainous regions. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp home is far from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school or has difficult terrain and traffic as specified in Point b, Clause 1 of this Article.
- For upper secondary school students who are ethnic minorities, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following conditions must be met:
a) Studying at an upper secondary school or upper secondary school section of a multi-level school;
b) Both bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp student and their parents or guardians have permanent residence in area III communes, extremely difficult villages in ethnic minority and mountainous regions, or extremely difficult coastal and island communes.

- For upper secondary school students who are Kinh people, in addition to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp conditions specified in Clause 2 of this Article, they must be members of families classified as poor households.
Thus, primary school students only need to meet bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp condition of being boarding students studying at ethnic minority boarding schools to be eligible for support policies.
bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp condition of a 4 km distance applies only to students where both bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp student and their parents or guardians have permanent residence in extremely difficult communes and villages, and are studying at primary schools in area III communes or extremely difficult villages in ethnic minority and mountainous regions, or extremely difficult coastal and island communes.

Based on Point b, Clause 3, Article 6 ofDecree 116/2016/ND-CP(amended by Clause 2, Article 3 ofDecree 104/2022/ND-CP):
Documents required for applying for support policies
- For primary and lower secondary school students studying at schools in extremely difficult communes and villages, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp documents include:
a) Support application (for primary students according to Form No. 01, lower secondary school students according to Form No. 02 in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp appendix attached to this Decree).
b) Submit a copy of one of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following documents: Citizen ID card, ID card, Residence Information Confirmation, Personal Identification Number and Citizen Information Notification in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp National Population Database if bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp agency or organization cannot access bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp citizen's residency information in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp National Population Database.
- For upper secondary school students who are ethnic minorities, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp documents include:
a) Support application (Form No. 02 in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp appendix attached to this Decree);
b) Submit a copy of one of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following documents: Citizen ID card, ID card, Residence Information Confirmation, Personal Identification Number and Citizen Information Notification in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp National Population Database if bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp agency or organization cannot access bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp citizen's residency information in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp National Population Database.

Thus, for primary students, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp regulation is to submit a copy of one of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following documents: Citizen ID card, ID card, Residence Information Confirmation, Personal Identification Number and Citizen Information Notification in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp National Population Database. This means that it is not mandatory to have Residence Information Confirmation, and it can be replaced by other listed documents.
Is it necessary to send bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp procedure for approving support policies to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Departments of Education in Vietnam?
Based on Point c, Clause 1, Article 7 ofDecree 116/2016/ND-CP:
Procedure for approving support policies
- Procedure and time of implementation
a) At bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp time when new students enroll, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp schools with students eligible for support according to this Decree will organize, announce widely, and guide bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp parents (or legal guardians) and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp students who are eligible to prepare documents as stipulated in Clause 1, Clause 2, or Clause 3 of Article 6 of this Decree;
b) Within 10 working days from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp date of posting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp announcement, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp family or student must submit bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp documents to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school. Each eligible person submits one set of documents for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp first time when applying for approval within bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp same school, except for cases of poor households, additional documents proving bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp poor household status must be submitted for each academic year;
c) Within 5 working days from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp deadline for submitting documents, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school is responsible for reviewing and compiling bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp documents as stipulated in Clause 4 or Clause 5 of Article 6 of this Decree, and sending them to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp District Education and Training Office for primary and lower secondary schools; submitting them to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Department of Education and Training for upper secondary schools.
- Procedure, authority for decision-making on support policies
a) Within 5 working days from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp date of receipt of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp support application from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp schools, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp District Education and Training Office compiles and submits to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp District People's Committee for approval; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Department of Education and Training compiles and submits to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Provincial People's Committee for approval;
b) Within 3 working days from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp date of receipt of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp submission from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp District Education and Training Office or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Department of Education and Training, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp District or Provincial People's Committee considers and issues bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp approval decision;
c) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp District Education and Training Office, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Department of Education and Training sends bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp approved results to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp schools to announce publicly and organize bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp implementation.
Thus, for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp procedures for approval of support policies, depending on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp educational level, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp documents must be sent to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp District Education and Training Office for primary and lower secondary schools, and to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Department of Education and Training for upper secondary schools as stipulated.
