Based on Clause 1, Article 3 ofDecree 84/2020/ND-CPstipulates as follows:
Summer Break Period for Educators
- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay summer break period for educators:
a) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual summer break for teachers at preschools, general education institutions, and specialized schools is 08 weeks, including annual leave.
b) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual summer break for teachers at intermediate schools and lecturers at colleges is 06 weeks, including annual leave.
c) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual summer break for lecturers at higher education institutions is implemented according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization and operation regulations of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution.
d) In urgent and emergent cases for disaster prevention, disease prevention, or other emergencies, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay summer break period for educators at preschools, general education institutions, specialized schools, intermediate schools, and colleges shall be decided by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Education and Training, and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs according to their authority.
- Besides vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay summer break stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article, teachers and lecturers are entitled to holidays, Tet holidays, and other leave days according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Labor Code.
- Based on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay academic calendar issued by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay specific conditions of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay locality, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Chairman of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Committee of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay province or centrally run city (hereinafter referred to as vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial People's Committee) shall decide vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay timing of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay summer break for teachers at preschools and specialized schools in their area.
Based on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations at Point b, Clause 1 of this Article, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principals of intermediate schools and colleges shall decide vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay timing of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay summer break for teachers and lecturers suitable to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training plan and specific conditions of each school.
- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay summer break for educators in education institutions under vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Public Security, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of National Defense shall be implemented according to separate regulations of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Government of Vietnam.
According to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual summer break period for university lecturers will follow vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization and operation regulations of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay respective universities.

Based on Article 3 ofCircular 20/2020/TT-BGDDTstipulates vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay working time, standardized teaching hours, and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay teaching hour norms for university lecturers as follows:
Working Time, Standardized Teaching Hours, and Teaching Hour Norms
1. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay working time of lecturers during vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay academic year is 44 weeks (equivalent to 1,760 administrative hours) to perform teaching duties, conduct scientific research, serve vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay community, and perform other professional duties, determined according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay academic year after excluding vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulated leave days.
- Standardized teaching hours are units of time converted from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay necessary labor hours to complete a certain volume of a lecturer's duties, equivalent to one theoretical teaching hour at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay undergraduate level directly in grade (or online teaching), including vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay necessary labor hours before, during, and after vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay teaching hour.
- Teaching time in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay academic plan is calculated by standardized teaching hours, in which one theoretical teaching hour at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay undergraduate level directly in grade (or online teaching) is 50 minutes, which is calculated as one standardized teaching hour and is specifically regulated in Clause 1, Article 6 of this Circular.
For teaching content with particular characteristics, teaching periods at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay undergraduate level directly in grade (or online teaching) that exceed 50 minutes will be converted appropriately by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution.

- Special Cases
a) Lecturers during vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay probationary period shall fulfill a maximum of 50% of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standardized teaching hour norms and shall be exempted from scientific research duties to allocate time for grade observation, teaching assistance, and participation in internships and practical experience.
b) Lecturers during vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay period of enjoying social insurance benefits or on leave according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay current Labor Code regulations shall be exempted from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay teaching hour norms proportionally to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay length of their leave.
Thus, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay working time of university lecturers during vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay academic year is 44 weeks, equivalent to 1,760 administrative hours.
What are vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duties of a third-gradeuniversity lecturer in public higher education institutions in Vietnam?
According to Clause 1, Article 5 ofCircular 40/2020/TT-BGDDT, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duties of a third-grade university lecturer in public higher education institutions are as follows:
- Teaching, guiding, and assessing projects and graduation theses; participating in teaching master's and doctoral programs and guiding, and evaluating master's theses and doctoral dissertations if qualified per regulations;
- Participating in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay construction and development of training programs;
- Leading or participating in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay compilation of textbooks, reference books, monographs, guides, translation of books, and textbooks from foreign languages to Vietnamese;
- Organizing and participating in scientific research activities; writing and participating in scientific reports at conferences and seminars; participating in evaluating institutional research projects and student research projects; participating in international cooperation activities and ensuring vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality of higher education;
- Participating in grade management, academic advising; guiding discussions, practice, experiments, and internship;
- Studying, training to improve political theory, expertise, and teaching methods; participating in practical activities to enhance vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality of education and scientific research;
- Participating in management work, Communist Party tasks, union activities, and performing other duties according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization and operation regulations of public higher education institutions and other relevant legal regulations.
