Work time and annual leave

1. đá bóng trực tiếp working time for primary school teachers in an academic year is 42 weeks, in which:

a) 35 weeks for teaching and educational activities as per đá bóng trực tiếp regulation on đá bóng trực tiếp academic year schedule.

b) 05 weeks for professional development and advanced training.

c) 01 week for preparing for đá bóng trực tiếp new academic year.

d) 01 week for đá bóng trực tiếp conclusion of đá bóng trực tiếp academic year.

2. đá bóng trực tiếp working time for lower secondary and upper secondary school teachers in an academic year is 42 weeks, in which:

a) 37 weeks for teaching and educational activities as per đá bóng trực tiếp regulation on đá bóng trực tiếp academic year schedule.

b) 03 weeks for professional development and advanced training.

c) 01 week for preparing for đá bóng trực tiếp new academic year.

d) 01 week for đá bóng trực tiếp conclusion of đá bóng trực tiếp academic year.

2a. đá bóng trực tiếp working time for teachers at preparatory high schools is 42 weeks, in which:

a) 28 weeks for teaching and educational activities as per đá bóng trực tiếp academic year schedule;

b) 12 weeks for professional development, advanced training, material development, scientific research, and other activities as per đá bóng trực tiếp academic year plan;

c) 01 week for preparing for đá bóng trực tiếp new academic year;

d) 01 week for đá bóng trực tiếp conclusion of đá bóng trực tiếp academic year.

Based on Article 3 ofDecree 73/2024/ND-CP, đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate for calculating đá bóng trực tiếp salaries of teachers is regulated as follows:

Statutory pay rate

1. đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate is used as đá bóng trực tiếp basis for:

a) Calculating đá bóng trực tiếp salary levels in salary scales, allowances, and implementing other policies as stipulated by law for đá bóng trực tiếp subjects specified in Article 2 of this Decree;

b) Calculating activity fees and livelihood allowances as stipulated by law;

c) Calculating deductions and policies enjoyed based on đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate.

2. From July 01, 2024, đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate is 2,340,000 VND/month.

3. For central agencies and units currently applying specific financial mechanisms and income policies: đá bóng trực tiếp difference between đá bóng trực tiếp salary and additional income of June 2024 for officials and public employees and đá bóng trực tiếp salary from July 01, 2024, after amending or repealing specific financial and income mechanisms is retained. While đá bóng trực tiếp specific mechanisms are not amended or repealed, đá bóng trực tiếp monthly salary and additional income from July 01, 2024, are implemented based on đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate of 2,340,000 VND/month under specific mechanisms, ensuring it does not exceed đá bóng trực tiếp salary and additional income enjoyed in June 2024 (excluding đá bóng trực tiếp increase in salary grade and step due to promotion or step enhancement). If đá bóng trực tiếp monthly salary and additional income under specific mechanisms from July 01, 2024, are lower than đá bóng trực tiếp common regulation, đá bóng trực tiếp salary policies follow common regulations.
