- Number of projects
a) For competing units that are Departments of Education and Training, each unit can register a maximum of 03 (three) projects. Particularly, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Department of Education and Training of Hanoi and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, each unit can register a maximum of 06 (six) projects;
b) For competing units that are schools under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry, universities, university branches, institutes, academies, each unit can register a maximum of 02 (two) projects;
c) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp unit hosting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Competition can register a maximum of 06 (six) projects. Particularly, if bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp hosting unit is bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Department of Education and Training of Hanoi or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, each unit can register a maximum of 12 (twelve) projects.

Standards for participants in organizing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Competition
Members of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Steering Committee, Appraisal Council of contest submissions, Judges Committee, and Organizing Committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Competition are participants in organizing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Competition.
Participants in organizing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Competition must meet bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following standards:
a) Have good moral character and high sense of responsibility;
b) Have suitable professional competence and experience to meet bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp requirements and tasks of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Competition.
c) Do not have a spouse, children, or siblings (including those related through marriage) or step-children participating in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Competition in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp year of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Contest's organization;
d) Are not advisors or directly teaching bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp contestants;
dd) Are not under disciplinary review or criminal investigation.

- Ensure honesty in scientific research; no fraud, illegal copying, forgery; not using or presenting other people's content and research results as their own.
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp research duration of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp project should not exceed 12 consecutive months and must fall within bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp period from January of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp year preceding bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Competition to 30 days before bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp opening of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Competition.

- Research projects on pathogens, hazardous chemicals, or substances harmful to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp environment are not permitted in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Competition.
