Methods ofenrollment for upper secondary education

1. Annually, the enrollment for upper secondary education is organized once.

2. The enrollment for upper secondary educationis conducted using 01 (one) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the 03 (three) methods: admission, entrance exam, and combination bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp entrance exam and admission.

a) Admission: The admission criteria are the trainingand academic results across the years ofthe lower secondary educationor the continuingeducation at the lowersecondary level bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the candidates, if repeating any class, the results bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the repeated year are considered.

b) Entrance exam: according to the regulations in Article 13 bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp this Regulation.

c) Combination bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp entrance exam and admission: a combination bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the above 02 methods.

Who is eligible fordirect admission, priority points, and incentive points in the enrollment forupper secondary educationin Vietnam?

Under Article 14 bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the Regulations on enrollment for lower and upper secondary education issued withCircular 30/2024/TT-BGDDT, the studentseligible fordirect admission, priority points, and incentive points in the enrollment forupper secondary educationin Vietnamare specified as follows:

(1) Studentseligible for direct admission to 10th gradein Vietnam

- Students from boarding ethnic schools at the lowersecondary level.

- Students who are from very small ethnic minority groups.

- Students with disabilities.

- Lowersecondary school students achieving national prizes organized by the Ministry bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Education and Training or in cooperation with Ministries and equal agencies nationwide for contests, exams, and competitions (hereafter referred to collectively as contests) related to culture, arts, sports; science and engineering research competitions.

- Lowersecondary schoolstudents achieving prizes at international contests selected by the decision bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the Minister bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Education and Training.

(2) Studentseligible for priority points for admission to 10th gradein Vietnam

Priority points are added to theadmission score based on a 10-point scale. Group 1: add 2.0 points; Group 2: add 1.5 points; Group 3: add 1.0 point.

(1) Group 1:

- Children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp martyrs;

- Children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp war invalids with a labor capacity reduction bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp 81% or more;

- Children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp persons with disabilities with a labor capacity reduction bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp 81% or more;

- Children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp individuals awarded with the "Certificate bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Policy Beneficiary as War Invalids" with a labor capacity reduction bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp 81% or more;

- Children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp those who participated in the resistance activities affected by toxic chemicals;

- Children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp revolutionary activists before January 1, 1945;

- Children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp revolutionary activists from January 1, 1945, to the August Revolution in 1945.

(2) Group 2:

- Children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Heroes bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the Armed Forces, children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Labor Heroes, children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Vietnamese Heroic Mothers;

- Children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp war invalids with a labor capacity reduction bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp less than 81%;

- Children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp persons with disabilities with a labor capacity reduction bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp less than 81%;

- Children bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp individuals awarded with the "Certificate bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Policy Beneficiary as War Invalids" with a labor capacity reduction bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp less than 81%.

(3) Group 3:

- Individuals with either parent from an ethnic minority group;

- Ethnic minorities;

- Students from particularly disadvantaged areas.

(3) Studentseligible for incentive points for admission to 10th gradein Vietnam

- Lowersecondary schoolstudents achieving provincial prizes organized by the Department bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Education and Training or in cooperation with provincial departments and authorities for contests held nationally according to the provisions in point d, clause 1, Article 14 bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the Regulations on enrollment for lower and upper secondary education issued withCircular 30/2024/TT-BGDDT.

- Incentive points are added to theadmission score based onthe 10-point scale. First prize adds 1.5 points; second prize adds 1.0 point; third prize adds 0.5 points.

- Registration for enrollment for upper secondary education is conducted online. Where candidates may not make online registration, registration is conducted directly or via postal service.

- The Department bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Education and Training provides specific guidance for registration for enrollment for upper secondary education concerning schools under their management.

For schools, upper secondary schools, schools with multiple levels including upper secondary education (herein referred to as uppersecondary schools) under the Ministry bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Education and Training, parent universities, universities, or research institutes, the registrationfollowsthe guidance bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the Department bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Education and Training where the school is located.
