Conditions for students to receive support policies

b) Be a student whose and whose parents or guardians have permanent residency in particularly difficult hamlets currently attending primary and lower secondary schools in particularly difficult areas and regions; particularly difficult coastal and island areas.

Step 1.Develop a rice support plan for students
- The provincial People's Committee develops a plan regarding the need for rice support for students for the academic year, including:
+ The number xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students eligible for support: Summarize the number xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students by each category, each school xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay each locality;
+ The amount xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rice needed for support (calculated for the entire academic year, with a maximum xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 9 months per school year per student);
+ The rice receiving unit: An organization or unit assigned by the provincial People's Committee to receive national reserve rice;

Step 3.Transportation and delivery method
- National reserve units organize the transportation xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national reserve rice to support students and deliver it to the province's rice receiving unit at the district, district-level town, or city xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay supported provinces;
- The province's rice receiving unit organizes the transportation xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national reserve rice from the district, district-level town, or city center to schools and distributes it to the eligible beneficiaries.
* Rice delivery time
The rice delivery time is implemented according to the proposal xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the provincial People's Committee but not more than 2 times per semester.
* Rice issuance procedure
