System of gifted schools
1. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp system of gifted schools includes gifted schools of provinces and centrally affiliated cities (hereinafter referred to as provincial gifted schools) and gifted schools affiliated to higher education institutions.
2. Each province, centrally affiliated city has at least 01 (one) gifted school.

Managing authorities of gifted schools
1. Provincial gifted schools are managed by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Department of Education and Training.
2. Gifted schools affiliated to higher education institutions are managed by higher education institutions according to regulations on organization, administrators, teachers, staff, facilities, finance, enrollment and specified in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Regulation on organization and operation of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp higher education institutions; under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp management of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Department of Education and Training where bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school is located in terms of implementing educational programs and plans, administration of graduation exams, and granting diplomas.
Thus, each province orcentrally affiliated city must have at least 01 gifted school.

Education programs and plans
1. Education program
a) As for specialized subjects: Implement advanced education programs for specialized subjects prescribed by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training;
b) As for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp remaining subjects: Implement bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp general education program promulgated by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training;
c) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp gifted school shall decide bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp teaching in foreign languages according to regulations; develop teaching materials according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp advanced education program for specialized subjects prescribed by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training.
2. Education plan
a) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp educational plan of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp gifted school shall be developed to organize bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp implementation of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp educational program of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp gifted school as prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article;
b) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp educational plan of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp gifted school must ensure bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp full implementation of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp general education plan as prescribed, and spend time enhancing advanced teaching of specialized subjects, foreign languages, IT and strengthening life skills and social skills of students.
c) Gifted schools organize educational activities according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Charter of lower-secondary schools, upper-secondary schools and multi-level schools, and also strengthen bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp organization of educational activities about arts, music and sports to develop students' moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic skills; strengthen bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp organization of scientific research, technical creation, life value education, life skills and social activities for students; focus on forming subject clubs and other clubs suitable to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp needs of students and circumstances of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school.

Students
In addition to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp duties and rights of students as prescribed in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Charter of lower-secondary schools, upper-secondary schools and multi-level schools, they shall also perform bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following additional duties and rights:
1. Actively participate in competitions, contests, cultural and social activities and scientific research at bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp request of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school.
2. Intellectually advanced students may skip a grade according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp decision of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp gifted school’s managing authority.
3. To be provided with boarding accommodations if needed; enjoy incentives as prescribed for students of gifted schools.
4. Former students of gifted schools are enabled to participate in school activities.
