Activities of parents and xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Parent-Teacher Committee
1. General meeting of all parents:
a) At xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay beginning of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teacher organizes a general meeting of all parents to elect xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class Parent-Teacher Committee with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number of members specified at Point a, Clause 1, Article 3 of this Charter. During xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year, hold three general class parent-teacher meetings: at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay beginning of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year, at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first semester, and at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year. Organize extraordinary meetings when at least 50% of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class parents request it;
b) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision to organize or not organize a general school parent-teacher meeting is made by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school Parent-Teacher Committee.
2. Meetings of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Parent-Teacher Committee:
a) At xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay beginning of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay homeroom teacher convenes xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first meeting of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class Parent-Teacher Committee to elect xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head and deputy head. After being elected, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head conducts xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay general class parent-teacher meeting to approve xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay activity program for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay whole school year.
xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class Parent-Teacher Committee organizes regular meetings according to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual activity program and can hold extraordinary meetings when at least 50% of parents request it or when xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class Parent-Teacher Committee decides;
b) At xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay beginning of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal meets with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay heads and deputy heads of all class Parent-Teacher Committees to elect xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school Parent-Teacher Committee from among xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay attendees, including absentees who have agreed to participate. Afterward, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal presides over xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first meeting of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school Parent-Teacher Committee to elect xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head, deputy heads, and, if necessary, permanent members. After being elected, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head conducts a meeting of all heads and deputy heads of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class Parent-Teacher Committees to approve xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual activity plan;
xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school Parent-Teacher Committee holds regular meetings according to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annual activity program and extraordinary meetings when at least 50% of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay members or xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head request it.
3. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Parent-Teacher Committee organizes activities to implement duties and rights of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay committees and contents, plans discussed and agreed upon in parent-teacher meetings.

- Once at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay beginning of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school year;
- Once at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first semester;
- Extraordinary preschool parent-teacher meetings when at least 50% of class parents request it.

- Children from 3 months to 6 years old are admitted to preschools.
- Children with disabilities are admitted at an older age than xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay general regulation of 3 years.
Thus, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay age for children to attendpreschoolis from 3 months to 6 years old. For children with disabilities, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay admission age is older than xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay general regulation of 3 years.
When are 5-year-old preschool children in Vietnam exempt from tuition fees?
Based on Clause 6, Article 15 ofDecree 81/2021/ND-CP, regulations on tuition fee exemptions are as follows:
Subjects exempt from tuition fees
- Subjects specified in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ordinance on Incentives for Revolutionary Contributors if they are studying at educational institutions within xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national education system.
- Preschool children and students with disabilities.
