According to Point c, Clause 1, Article 3 trực tiếp bóng đá k+Decree 84/2020/ND-CP, the summer vacation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teachers in Vietnam is stipulated as follows:
Summer vacation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teachers
1. Summer vacation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teachers:
a) Annual summer vacation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teachers trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institutions for preschool education, institutions for general education, and special schools is 8 weeks, including annual permitted leave;
b) Annual summer vacation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teachers trực tiếp bóng đá k+ vocational secondary schools and colleges is 6 weeks, including annual permitted leave;
c) Annual summer vacation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teachers trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institutions trực tiếp bóng đá k+ higher education shall comply with organizational and operational regulations trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the institutions trực tiếp bóng đá k+ higher education;
d) In case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ any irregularity, emergency cases for prevention trực tiếp bóng đá k+ natural disasters, diseases or other emergencies, summer vacation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ teachers trực tiếp bóng đá k+ institutions for preschool education, institutions for general education, special schools, vocational secondary schools and colleges shall be decided by Minister trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Education and Training and Minister trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Labor – War Invalids and Social Affairs depending on entitlement.
Thus, according to the above regulations, the annual summer vacation for lecturers at higher education institutions (including private institutions) shall comply withthe organizational and operational regulations trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the higher education institution.

1. The Prime Minister shall have authority to issue the decision on establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ a public higher education institution, or approval trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ a private higher education institution.
2. A higher education institution shall be established by taking two following steps:
a) Approve the policy on establishment or approval trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the requesting institution;
b) Issue the decision on establishment or approval trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the requesting institution.

What are the procedures forapproval trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ a private higher education institution in Vietnam?
According to Clause 6, Article 88 trực tiếp bóng đá k+Decree 46/2017/ND-CP, the procedures for approval trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ a private higher education institution in Vietnam areas follows:
Step 1: Submit the application
The scheme owner submits directly or via postal service one set trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the application application to the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Education and Training.
The application includes:
- The Prime Minister’s written document on approval trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the policy on establishment or the policy on permission for establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the requesting higher education institution;
-The certified duplicate copy trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the investment certificate in case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ a non-public higher education institution, issued by the provincial-level People’s Committee;
- The legally valid document stating confirmation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the land use right or the one issued by the regulatory authority having power to allocate or lease land for a period trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 50 years or more for the purpose trực tiếp bóng đá k+ construction trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the requesting institution with the following issues specified such as location, boundary line, address and area trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the land plot where the requesting institution is based;
- The construction planning trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the requesting institution and general floor plan approved by the host entity in case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ a public higher education institution, or by the provincial-level People's Committee in case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ a non-public higher education institution;
- The written document containing the detailed report on the progress trực tiếp bóng đá k+ execution trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the scheme for establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the requesting institution, prepared by the host entity (in case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ a public higher education institution) or by the scheme Management Unit together with the opinion received from the People’s Committee trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the province where the requesting institution will be based (in case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ a non-public higher education institution);
- The statement trực tiếp bóng đá k+ proposed fields or disciplines trực tiếp bóng đá k+ study, administrative officers and training scale;
- The legally valid documents indicating confirmation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the investor’s capital put under management trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the scheme Management Unit
Step 2: Review, amend, supplement, and appraise the application
Within 15 working days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá k+ receiving the application, if the application is incomplete according to regulations, the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Education and Training must notify the scheme owner in writing to amend or supplement it;
For applications that are complete according to regulations, within 60 working days, the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Education and Training is responsible for coordinating with related agencies to organize the appraisal trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the application and the practical appraisal to accurately assess the conditions and content trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the proposal, finalize the application and send it to the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Planning and Investment, Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Finance, Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Home Affairs for written opinions for proposals that meet the conditions according to regulations, and notify the scheme owner in writing for proposals that do not meet the conditions.
The practical appraisal trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the proposal is conducted by an appraisal council comprising representatives from the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Education and Training, Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Planning and Investment, Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Home Affairs, Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Finance, and the provincial People's Committee where the main campus is located.
The appraisal council is established by decision trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Education and Training and is tasked with advising the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Education and Training on the feasibility trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the proposal to submit to the Prime Minister trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnam for consideration and decision;
Step 3: Complete the scheme dossier and submit it to the Prime Minister trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnam for a decision
Within 30 working days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá k+ receiving complete written feedback from related agencies and units, the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Education and Training consolidates the feedback, completes the scheme dossier, and submits it to the Prime Minister trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnam.
