Based on Article 3 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Regulation on excellent teacher competitions for preschool educational institutions,Giáo viên chủ kếtfor public educational institutions, issued alongsideCircular 22/2019/TT-BGDDT, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái organization levels, cycle, and participants of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Competition are stipulated as follows:
Levels of organization, cycle, and participants of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Competition
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition for excellent teachers, excellent homeroom teachers at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái school level, district level, and provincial level:
a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái excellent teacher competition, excellent homeroom teacher competition at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái school level is held every two years, organized by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái school. Participants in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition are teachers working at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái school organizing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition;
b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái excellent teacher competition, excellent homeroom teacher competition at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái district level is held every two years, organized by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái education and training department. Participants in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition are teachers working at preschool, primary, and secondary educational institutions in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái district (urban district, district-level town, provincial city) organizing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition;
c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái excellent teacher competition, excellent homeroom teacher competition at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái provincial level is held every four years, organized by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái department of education and training. Participants in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition are teachers working at preschool and public educational institutions in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái province, municipal city directly under xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Central Government organizing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition.

Based on Article 5 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Regulation on excellent teacher competitions for preschool educational institutions,Giáo viên chủ kếtfor public educational institutions, issued alongsideCircular 22/2019/TT-BGDDT, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái recognition of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái title of excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher is as follows:
Recognition of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái title of excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher
1. Teachers are recognized as excellent teachers, excellent homeroom teachers, and awarded certificates by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái organizing authority when they participate in all xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái contents of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái excellent teacher competition, excellent homeroom teacher competition and meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái requirements as prescribed regarding xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evaluation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competition results according to each level as stipulated in Article 17 of this Regulation.
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái title of excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher shall be retained as follows: xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái title of excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái school level shall be retained for one year following xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái year of recognition as an excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái school level; xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái title of excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái district level shall be retained for one year following xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái year of recognition as an excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái district level; xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái title of excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái provincial level shall be retained for three years following xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái year of recognition as an excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái provincial level.

- Discovering, recognizing, and honoring teachers who achieve xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái title of excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher, and spreading exemplary models, contributing to attracting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái attention of social forces to participate in educating children and students, creating motivation for developing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái educational career of each locality and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái entire education sector;
- Creating motivation for teachers to strive, improve themselves, meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái requirements of innovation, improve educational quality, and develop their profession;
